Subway — Restaurant in Berwyn

Rude staff, dirty restaurant, and they are thieves. They never provided an online order and refuse to refund for it. Stopped by to let them know their store was unexpectedly closed at the time of order and they refuse to refund for it even though they never provided the product. I even have the receipt that shows the order was not even confirmed until a day later. They were rude the whole time and the place was just a mess. I hate to sound like a “Karen”, but now I will need to take it up with corporate or dispute with my bank to attempt to get refunded as they flat out refuse to work with me. Very rude and horrible customer service. My coworkers and I usually go here for lunch but today was the last time I go back. I order a tuna sandwich which was very poorly made. The bread was opening from the sides all the ingredients were falling out.
