Me and three friends ordered at the Drive-Thru Saturday night. All four orders were made correctly, the fries were hot/fresh and the shakes were delicious! Plus the service was AMAZING. The guy who took our order and cashed us out was extra friendly and he definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was a great one- and it definitely was! We will all be back very soon!!! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!! ✴✴UPDATE: I have visited this DQ 3 more times since my first review, and I have no complaints, however, on my third visit the gentleman working Drive Thru handed me the milkshakes I ordered without any whipped cream on them, and when I told him that they were missing whipped cream, he looked at me rather quizzically and asked "Do you WANT whipped cream?" Me: Yes, please. Don't they come with whipped cream? He didn't respond to my direct question but he did add whipped cream and the shakes, as well as the food, were delicious so I have no complaints.

Very clean facility. The employee (I think his name is Jake) was very polite and accommodating. While other locations seem annoyed by me using the app and rewards, he encouraged it. He overheard my little boy complaining about not having cheese on his burger, so he brought a piece out. All the staff was attentive. Soda machine had tons of fizz. Seemed like they took care of their stuff.

This is probably one of the cleanest & best Dairy Queens I've been to in a long time. The place was clean, great service, really hot food, fully frozen blizzards! I was shocked. They did a fantastic job!

Was there with my kid a couple weeks ago and the interaction stuck with me. I ordered a meal which came with a small ice cream cone. I received the food and a coupon for an ice cream. I went back up and asked why I didn't receive the ice cream I ordered, and the guy said, "well I gave you a coupon". So now I've been walking around with a coupon for an ice cream cone I ordered two weeks ago. Why in the world would I not be given the food I order when I ordered it? There wasn't anything wrong with an ice cream machine, I honestly think he thought I didn't want the things I ordered. If I order something and pay for it, I want that thing, not a coupon for one in the future. I don't order...

This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. It wasn’t the mistake with my order that made me leave a bad review; it was the manner in which they handled it. They messed up my order. Things happen. I got half way home before I realized it. I went back and they didn’t offer to remake the order they , they took the original order back to the kitchen, added sauce, brought it back to me with sauce dripping off the box. Then they charged me $2 for pouring the sauce. I’ve never experienced a place making a mistake with your order then charging you $2 to fix it. Kind of tacky, but oh well. I’m sure I’ll go back but I just wasn’t pleased...
