The food here is fine, the usual fare you'd expect. I've been several times. I usually get it to go. Tonite was my last time. My order has been wrong so many times that I've learned to check before leaving. Usually they leave off chips/salsa/cheese dip. I didn't even think to check the meal. Tonite they gave me the wrong meal. Hard to understand how as I ordered over the phone and confirmed again at pick up. This time I drove back in order to get the correct item. They wanted to charge me full price for the item I'd been wanting from the start with no credit for the one I didn't order but received AND returned. I just canceled the order and left. This is the second time that has happened. There HAS TO BE a better place in the Russet Woods area for Mexican food. I don't have the patience...

I've been dining at this establishment for over a year now. Food and service is usually really good but not tonight. Food wasn't even warm and when requested to speak to the manager, noone came to my table. I went to checkout and explained I don't want any of those tacos to go bc they are cold and old. Now as I am trying to explain to the young man he wants to act self righteous and as if I'm treating him rudely. I could see he wasn't listening and attempting to dismoss and deflect so I just put $20 on the counter as I knew it would more than cover the one taco and drink I had. Service was exceptional. My drink was never empty, and everything was taken care of in a timely and professional way. The food was good too. I got lunch fajitas, and I was surprised by how much meat was on the plate. I wish they had been more generous with the guacamole and sour cream though. Only got about a tablespoon of each. They could have better tasting beans, too. There was no maillard on the meat either. It tasted good, but they could have bumped the heat a bit to sear it better. The atmosphere was pretty good, but the music kept dropping in and out. Seems like spotify must have been buffering. While that's not their fault, it was super...
