Kings Wings — Restaurant in Bessemer

Tried this establishment for the first time. I ordered the Philly and wings(honey mustard)combo.When I recieved the order the wings appeared to be fully cooked but when I broke open the chicken it was not fully cooked. It was only cooked long enough to cook the blood out of the chicken, but the meat itself was Not done. The cashier was rude and nasty about the whole situation and refused to rectify problem, even called the police because I began to read a review out loud about a customer who had the same issue. I called the next day to speak with the OWNER but got the manager, who also has a very unprofessional undertone and assisted that I was the issue even though she wasn't present during the event in question, she stated that you have to ask for it to be fried hard. How was I suppose to know I had to tell you to fully cook the chicken. UPDATE: Talk to the owner and he was just as rude as his employees, he stated he doesn't care about reviews and apparently doesn't care about customers either. Take my advice and pick another wing establishment, because if your food is not right they are going to try to convince you that its your fault in order to keep his food cost down...

I had the chicken tender and Cajun ranch cheese fries, the food was horrible, the chicken fingers and fries were so old and hard and had horrible taste, I could barely eat it it was so hard and old and my 1 year old son couldn't eat any of it. I saw the cooks or people that prepare my food put it in and take it out of the microwave. I waited almost 15 mins for my food and it was dead in there and there were 2 women working the food and a cashier,and the cashier and cook were just standing talking doing nothing I saw one of the women handling the food go to the bathroom, saw her start washing her hands but I also saw her wipe something off the side of the sink with her bare hands and only rinsr them off with water no soap at all,, and go straight to handling food. There was dust everywhere,, the parking lot right in front of the store was full of litter. I've been going there for over 5 years, I have never ever been so disappointed and unhappy with my visit or food or anything there, I will not be going back period, they have lost a customer! They deserve no stars period so I left none just ridiculous...

At first Shawn and his brother made sure food was giving very much quality and fresh bow that they're barely there they let these young kids work there and from what u witnessed about a week ago with this girl looked to be about 30 had wild like hair and had on a tube talk she was acting like I was doing her a service instead of the other way around...The guy he could be any other nationality but who knows he's on the bigger side hair in a ponytail and not once while I was in there did either one smiled...I stopped by yesterday to see if maybe Shareef or Shawn was there but No once again I will say I knew this was going to be a great asset to the area but now not convinced ! I ordered 10 all drums fire fries ranch cheese no Cajun the fries were like Chips maybe everyone but one the wings cold had been cooked longer than time alloted all I can or will say good luck but the punk looks the nasty attitudes at the same time is taking your business to...
