Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bessemer

I ordered $30 and some change worth of food. About 2 of those $7 meal deals, which were $14 a piece. The cinnamon rolls medium pepperoni pizza. Meat lovers melt the hot boneless wings. The milk was extremely small, which is not how they usually make it, and it was burned. The cinnamon buns had 2 lines of icing across tcomma witches, which is not how they're usually made. The icing covers all of the buns, not just 2 lines across. The cashier seemed annoyed because I was ordering more food. Which meant I was changing the order. The manager yelled from the back and asked, "Is she changing her order?" Then the cashier responded by yellin, "Yes, but she's adding on food. " Then she continued to stare at me ever so displeased because I had remembered that I needed to get more food for my family. Then I heard. Someone walking from the back toward the froit's different talking very loudly about another customer saying, "She heard me the first time why I gotta repeat it for!" "She asked a dumb questions. " The employee had pink dred lock (her hair was cute, I like locs that are died pink) but Speaking about another customer out loud while another customer can hear Does nothing for the atmosphere of the establishment. Everybody in the store from the back of the store to the front of the store had the worst demeanor, which does not compliment the restaurant at all. I should have canceled my order, turned around, and left but but I said to myself the Pizza Hut in Center Point is so amazing that I wanted to give Bessemer Pizza Hut a try ( in the West Town Plaza by Planet Fitness). If the food doesn't look good, I can't eat it; my cinnamon buns are still sitting in the refrigerator till this day. I ordered the food on saturday today is monday. I had a horrible experience. The food was sub pare (extremely low quality). I will not be back. Save your money guys and go a bit farther down the road to McCalla Pizza Hut or take a relaxing ride to Center Point Piza Hut, where they actually produce quality food. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE ON 5/29young black female cashier taking my mothers order got upset over a misunderstanding her and my mother had the cashier proceeded to call her mother to come up to the store to confront my mother instead of the cashier informing a shift lead supervisor or store manager to step in if she was offended and didn’t want to service my mom she called her mother instead my mom sitting waiting on her order that they held back there to wait for the cashiers mom to arrive the cashiers mom entered the store asked her child who’s the person that made her upset was the cashier nodes at my mom and her mom got in my mothers face thank God my mom called me while walking out the store and she was not TOUCHED that cashier should be fired for calling her mother up to her job with the intent to physically assault my mother no leadership to come step in and handle situations poor attitudes please be aware of...

Orders are not correct. Delivery ends early but app will accept order as delivery with all associated charged included. Received call from very rude manager who told me that her delivery person was not bringing my order because 5:00 was cut off for deliveries. My order was placed before 5:00. When order was changed to Carryout I was not refunded any of the charges associated with delivery $6.39 which included tip for delivery person. Original amount was charged to my credit card.
