Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bessemer

A late night Saturday-Sunday morning drive-thru at Taco Bell, the time was after 1am so I figured it would be a long wait but it usually moves quickly as it did on my visit, my order was placed and price was displayed on their drive-thru menu board it was $27 & change, made it to the window the worker seemed friendly so a few minutes later she gives me my order and for the most part I assumed the order was correct with a receipt in the bag so after leaving I got 7-8 miles away from the location so I'm driving one hand and digging in the bag for the Cinnamon Twist I ordered 4 bags of and I couldn't seem to feel for them in the bag so find a safe location to pull over to look and they wasn't in the bag nor a receipt, so I turned around heading back and the line was longer than when I was there the first time so I said I'm not sitting in this line so when a car pulled away from the window I gladly pulled right in the front of the car that was next and the cashier said can I help you and I explained that they wasn't in the bag she said oh ok with no apology,no nothing in about 2-3 minutes she hands me a bag and says nothing,so I left shocked with no apology on their part and seemed as if I was bothering...

Covid cases on the rise, it's a Saturday afternoon (2021/08/14 2:30pm) and there is one person in the drive-true with a semi truck sitting in the other lane. It's pretty busy inside so I don't want to go in. Get to the speaker and the guy says they aren't taking any drive thru orders anymore and that I have to come inside. I said it's too busy and too many people inside. No answer. So I decide to leave. I can't though. I have multiple cars behind me so I can't back up. There is someone getting food and drinks at the Drive-Thru window and the semi truck in the other lane with no way around. So now I have to sit there for almost 5 minutes before I can even leave. They normally never have the main thing being advertised available, and if it's past 8pm you aren't getting anything other than soft tacos or things that are simple to make. I went at 9pm once and was told they didn't have the naked chicken tacos (a couple months ago) went back the next day when they first opened and behold they somehow have it again. This is supposed to be a new store that just opened but the service has been pure trash at least 4 out of 5...

Terrible food. Not just this location but many others as well. They give more taco and wrap than they do toppings. The crunch wrap was absolutely awful and disappointing as there were barely any ingredients in it. I had to take off 75% of the wrap and 50% of the taco shell for the actual topping ingredients to not be overwhelmed by the soft taco and hard shell because there was so little serving. I imagine the only reason they're able to stay open is because they give you about $0.50 worth of toppings while charging +3 for it. Nothing on the menu is as full as it look. Honestly this place along with all of the other taco bells need to be closed down because every time i try taco bell no matter the location im left feeling robbed. Childhood nostalgia can not save this place. The high prices of simple things make it worse because the quality of everything here isn't even good quality. They constantly give more refried beans than the actual toppings like meat or lettuce. Portion sizes...
