RUN! READ*Bought a vehicle on 2/12/22. I was excited, took it to have tint done, put a cool Baseball tag on front. That week they started calling me stating the deal wasn’t funded and they need all this extra proof. I sent them several things they requested. Later it was said by Rick (the sales manager) on 2/21 that the bank wouldn’t fund the loan because it showed I had two mortgages on my credit report. On February 22, 2022 they picked up the vehicle and took it back to their dealership. I didn’t hear from anyone there for OVER THREE WEEKS. Since they took the vehicle back I obviously assumed the deal did not go through. During that time I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I returned home from work on 3/10/22 to find the vehicle in my driveway. Called the dealership and they said it was mine all along. After further investigation I learned from Chrysler Capital that the deal was funded on the 24th….2 days after THEY picked up the vehicle and took it back. It seemed as if they took vehicle back and continued to work deal without my knowledge. Let me also note that I forgot to remove the baseball tag before they took it back on 2/22 and when they dropped it off in my driveway it was missing. Seems like they were originally thinking they would have to repost the vehicle for sale but found a way to push my deal through. Cool- but it’s probably best to contact me back to let me know. Rick- the sales manager is a snake. Owen Kilmury contacted me and seemed to care at first but then ignored my very polite emails about how the ordeal was shady and poorly mishandled by his staff. No apologies or anything. Nothing was done to make it right. They royally screwed me over. They had 3 numbers, email, and references they could of contacted me through and didn’t. I also found out from the dmv that the title app I signed on 2/12 was voided on 2/28 and resubmitted later. Seeems pretty sketchy. I have a request in with the dmv to get copies of all paperwork sent to them from the dealership to see if they fraudulently signed my name to anything as I did not sign a poa, a complaint filed with Attorney General, and have obtained attorney representation. I’ve recorded all conversations with dealership and finance company. Caught Rick in several lies on my recorded conversation with him. They have potentially screwed up my credit over a total mismanage and horrible customer service and don’t seem to...
Read more11/03/2021: UPDATE TO THE BELOW RATING. DUSTIN WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. REACHED OUT TO ME SEVERAL TIMES TO REMEDY OUR ISSUE NOT ONLY WITH THE VEHICAL BUT ALSO THE HANDELING OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION. I WANT TO COMMENED THEM AS MOST COMPANIES DO NOT GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO CORRECT A SITUATION AS MUCH AS KILMURY HAS. I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW TO 4 STARS AS EVEN THOUGH THEY REMEDY THE ORDEAL THEY GET 2 STARS FOR IT HAPPENING IN 1ST PLACE AND 6 STARS FOR FOLLOW UP HANDELING OF THE SITUATION. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT - I own a Business and have bought 1 truck from them since new ownership. only because the second vehicle we ordered at same time came in the wrong color. I still found another buyer for that vehicle also. I scheduled 2 vehicle to have a couple recalls taking care of and something else that was not done when we picked the new 1 up originally. I sent 2 employees there both driving each vehicle. When they arrived just to drop vehicle off, the service dept had no idea of the appointment that we had 3 phone conversations with them during scheduling 2 weeks prior on what they were doing. My guys told them they were there dropping off for service. When my employee called back 2 hours later he asked how we were paying, to my surprise as they were recall and warranty issues. I was informed that they had changed oil and filters and recall work but not warranty issue. Now is where my Major issue is. When I called service department the guy explained that "my guys told them they were there for service" and I told him "That is correct the services that we scheduled not anything else" at which point I was still calm. It was not until I received the Smart comment that "If it were him he would have had the guys bringing vans in for service, know what they were having done". I lost it as 3 phone conversations with there service department to schedule this 2 weeks previously, they are the ones that did not have there stuff in order. when a customer calls my company and schedules service. We send our techs knowing what they will be doing when they arrive. I was given 2 smart comments in the 1 phone call and they are now 1 customer short. I am given 2 stars as they did just save me a future headache as we were scheduled to order 2 more vans next month & 2 more following year. We will be ordering from different dealership now. Thanks for...
Read moreI was referred to Brady Kilmury by a friend who said they had a good experience. I went the next day because they had a deal saying they would take your vehicle if you were upside down. Well, that was a lie. They didn't even look at my vehicle. They ran my credit and had me test drive a 2021 Jeep Compass. They told me a price and payment. I refused, and then they sent another person over to talk to me. I felt bullied and pressured to purchase the SUV. He told me that if I made an early payment before my 45-day due date, it will off set the payment. I didn't want to pay the high note. Well, that's a lie. When I signed the contract and told THAT person the finance guy he agreed with them well, the finance company said that's a lie! I took the SUV back the NEXT day to return it, and they would not take it back, so NOW I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't afford. I will never buy from them again, and the people who pressured me to purchase left the dealership two weeks later. They don't care when you tell them it's too high and you can't afford it. They just want that sale, and plus they added 2000 back to my total for the SUV after he told me they were taking it off. I found out the people I talked to there were not the original sales people they were contract people that travel to different car dealerships. The worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Now, I will probably have to send the suv(voluntary repo) back or...
