Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Bethany

Let me first start by saying i love me some churches chicken, i literally ate it everyday for many years. I visited my neighborhood Church's Chicken yesterday July the 17th and was placing my order which was a two-piece with no pepper and I asked if i could get a frosted biscuit and the voice on the speaker replied NO YOU CAN'T. I must say i was shocked because this is my order almost every time i go there and its never been an issue, i paid the difference when they charge me and keep it moving. I asked this person if the manager was in and she replied yes she is but im the general manager. So i pulled up to the window and asked for the manager, she came to the window and i explained to her what just happened and told her no fault of anyone else at that location but i would be taking my business back to the location further down the street. You just cant talk to people any ole kinda way, especially when they are spending their money. She could have simply said yes you can get a frosted biscuit but theres an extra charge. Im not a 100 percent sure, because i was so angry but i believe i heard that the general managers name was Maria. The worst Church's Chicken ever maybe just the worst location ever on Northwest 23rd short chubby lady with glasses straight freaking attitude and have people waiting forever it's not my fault that you hate your job lady was responding very rude to the customers even though he had a simple question about when the manager would be there and when would be a good time to show up I'm pretty sure he's going to complain just like I am if you churches can't keep up with these orders maybe you shouldn't do door dash orders I'm a doordasher time is money and I have a job just like you guys and when you guys take long preparing door dash orders and it affects my ratings and then my money and that is not ok It's not my fault she hates her job oh yeah I forgot to mention I've been waiting there for 5 minutes before she finally acknowledged that I was there and asked me how she could help me straight butt face stank attitude but maybe it's the corporation fault as well for putting to much pressure on only two employees that I seen their and you got doing drive-thru in lobby Dine-in and also doordash that is ridiculous I will never be coming here again and to be honest I wouldn't even raided this location a one star but I had to in order to leave you...

THE CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED/ BURNT/DRY.. AFTER ASKING FOR MY ORDER TO BE REPLACED ,AND RECEIVING IT FOR THE 3RD TIME TO PULL OFF AND SEE THE OTHER SIDE OF MY CHICKEN OVER COOKED AND JUST DRY, NOT LOOKING LIKE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO EAT, LOOKED OLD. I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO BE PLAYED WITH, WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD YOU WANT IT FRESH AND EDIBLE, YOU WANT WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION ,I SAID AFTER MY LAST VISIT THERE I WOULDNT GO THERE ANYMORE CAUSE CHICKEN IS NEVER GOOD ALWAYS OVER COOKED (BUT THIS A NEW LOCATION SMH) I ONLY STOPPED THERE AGAIN CAUSE MY MOM WANTED CHICKEN AND SHE STAY NEAR THIS LOCATION AND IM THINKING THE CHICKEN WILL BE BETTER THIS TIME, SMH SHAME ON ME, BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN , IF YOU WANT SOME FRESH GOOD LOOKING CHICKEN THAT YOU CAN EAT AND ENJOY AND BE HAPPY TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT, GO TO THE LOCATION ON NORTHWEST EXPRESSWAY NEAR MAC ARTHUR, THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY HAVE FRESH GOOD CHICKEN ,YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE SATISFIED AND HAPPY TO SPEND YOUR...
