Awful experience. Had a reserved Christmas Dinner with a group of friends, service was terrible! Wrong food was brought out and waitstaff didn’t seem to care. Food wasn’t delivered and we were told, it’s coming, 20-30 minutes later, still waiting for food! Asked numerous times to speak with manager/owner, we were told he’s on his way, that never happened! It was lie after lie. Waitstaff acted oblivious to the fact that people were waiting extremely long for their food, in some cases it was over an hour! Had to request at least 4-5 times for bread, more water, utensils, etc. Requested salt and pepper for a dinner, it didn’t get delivered until the patron was finished with their dinner! I do MOT recommend going here at all! Worst restaurant I have...

After dining at the restaurant the first time and having a wonderful experience served by Edwin with such personal and friendly service we decided we definitely had to come back. Our first visit included a formal sit down dining room experience with delicious fun appetizers and excellent entrees. We kept it simple and had a chicken parm dish and chicken marsala which were both done perfectly and very generous portions. Since we enjoyed our first experience at D'Arocs we decided to stop in for a quick pizza and cocktail at the bar and had so much fun. Elizabeth served us and made us feel like family and did a great job. I highly recommend giving D'Arcos a shot as one of Bethel's fun and family friendly restaurants. Horrible service. I used to loved this place but I was told the management had changed. Long-story short, we were the only table on a Monday night, our food took about 40 minutes to be served, one of the plates was wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes. We were never asked if we were ok while waiting, I saw my server LITERALLY 3 times. It was my birthday, so while we were eating the same person who run our food (not our server), brought me a birthday cake. WHILE I WAS EATING, the “ice cream cake” melted. (later on, our server told us that back in kitchen they thought we were “in a hurry”??) dont even make sense. Awful. At the end we had to leave 20%tip cause “it’s already included” as if the service was good. Think it twice...
