Burger King — Restaurant in Bethel

Food is always consistent and no one really expects world class fast food here. Window takeout orders mostly contain errors since they use people who don't speak English and usually give you the wrong orders. This has happened too many times to me, so I now unpack my order bag, rudely keeping other cars waiting, because I don't trust what's in the bag anymore. Now it's OK to use non English speaking help, but not at the critical takeout window which requires a crisp understanding of the English language for correct ordering.

Allas, Bethel needs a competitive McDonald's to keep BK on their toes. It's ptobably the only incentive for them to improve their drive through performance which keeps...

The night shift employee who worked the window was extremely poor in her attitude... regardless of the type of customer that you are dealing with doesn’t make it right for her to speak to ya so rudely and with compete disrespect, next time learn who to speak in a normal tone and not having to scream like a 16 year old child. Who ever that lady is working the night shift needs a re training in customer service and how to speak to a person with respect. Will certainly not come back there anytime soon if that’s how they...

I would love to give a higher rating ,but a couple of things really concerned me.

#1) Employees are all nice BUT!The staff there, either refuses to speak English or cannot speak english. Management permits this? The Franchise permits this?

2)Watch the register as you order. The info on screen does not correspond to the order you are placing.

One non english speaking cashier tried to charge me double for a $13 meal! whether it is intentional or not, it has to be look into.
