Romero's — Restaurant in Bethel

I just stopped at Romero’s and was just looking to check the menu. I don’t write reviews but this time it’s a must. I was not going to order but I wanted to see what they had. The owners were vibrant personalities and treated me like a family member showing up to the cookout. They were close to closing but insisted I try a taco (made me 2) and were incredibly kind. I will go back there any time I drive by now as they are 100% the type of business that should thrive. Made me steak tacos with fresh pico and two different hot sauces. Spicy was quite spicy but a traditional Mexican hot sauce and the mild was very mild which anyone could eat. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked and the tacos so stuffed you could barely hold em. I cannot recommend the food or the service...

Talk about Authentic Mexican food & the options to choose from!! I got the taco meal with steak taco Mexican rice & black beans & mouthwatering goodness. Everything about this food truck screams keep coming back!! We drive an hour to come here have already been here twice & will keep coming back. My partner loves spicy & their hot salsa does not disappoint at all!! Love this...

Romero’s is the best taco spot in Western Maine. We’ve visited several times and always enjoy our meals. Their birria tacos are phenomenal, as are their burritos, and everything has perfectly balanced seasoning and flavor. They use fresh ingredients, and have legit HOT sauce!
