We recently visited Bilal's Breakfast & Sandwiches in PA with my wife, Esra, and I can honestly say it was one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S. I’ve eaten breakfast in many different places, but I have never come across something this delicious and satisfying. The flavors instantly reminded me of the kind of breakfast our mothers prepare back home in Turkey – fresh, hearty, and full of love.

I ordered an egg and pastrami sandwich, and it was simply out of this world. The bread was fresh, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the pastrami had an incredible taste that blended beautifully together. Every bite felt like a little trip back to my childhood.

How can I start the service that was given was immaculate. Getting to know the people who run the shop to begin building that relationship with the customer felt genuine. Food was good if you're looking for a greasy spoon kind of place. Service was kind of bad both times we went in, though. We were waited on by a young guy who was polite and nice but after bringing our food and drinks literally never once checked on us. Never asked if we wanted drink refills or needed boxes or anything.
