Was staying at the Hyatt nearby. I needed some good street tacos, so I walked down to this place.

The restaurant is unassuming from the. The atmosphere is awesome and cozy yet small. There's a walk-up window for takeout orders, and several booths and tables for dine in. Service was extremely fast and very very friendly. Was provided chips and salsa immediately. Nothing too special on the quality of those.

Ordered four tacos on corn: marinated pork, al pastor, and Mexico lindo special which was a combination of chorizo and steak with Oaxaca cheese. You can choose street taco style with corn tortilla cilantro and onion, or flour tortilla American style with sour cream etc I'm a street taco guy all the way.

The food was served very quickly. The tacos were generous in portion. Four was enough to fill me. The meats were extremely flavorful and delicious. Very very satisfying, just so good.

While I was there, a local artist was setting up to play music. The live music really added to the vibe of the place. A fantastic touch. He was however really pushing his CD for sale, which is a little annoying but he's there for a reason. Marketing and self promotion So it's understandable.

Prices were great and I was in and out in a very short time. Very satisfied.

Only thing that could have made the meal and experience better was a couple of homemade salsas to go with the tacos. Like something really spicy and or a verde. I didn't ask actually, But if they have it it should come with the tacos without asking. There is tapatio on the table, which you can't go wrong with. And you can use the leftover salsa from the chips as an effective alternative.

Will definitely return when I'm in the area, highly recommend if you like authentic...

It honestly hurts to share this bad experience considering my situation, but i hope they learn from it. 1st let me say im from south jersey. I go to lehigh Valley often, and try to visit Mexico lindo everytime i come up. Their food is over the top amazing, no denying that. Tonight i even overlooked my waitress and her lack of customer service skills. We didnt know wheather to speak english or spanish ,because she made it like she didnt understand either. Like thats how good the food is. But as i was leaving, my wife and i noticed a sign that said complimentary margaritas every friday. 5-9pm. They didnt have that last time i came. I was like, "wow wheres my complimentary margarita?" Her answer ruined our whole experience. She said, "you didnt ask." I didnt ask for the nachos and sauce ,but she knew to bring that out. She didnt ask for a tip, but i still gave her one. If she would have offered the margarita, i would have gone above and beyond to visit Mexico Lindo and tell all my friends and family about the spot. I was supposed to bring more ppl with me tonight. Im glad i didnt. They wouldve been disappointed with her attitude. Its a shame. Its not even about the margaritas. Its about her"oh well, your loss attitude."...

I love authentic Mexican cuisine so we stopped here for lunch on our way to Stroudsburg this afternoon. The restaurant is nestled at the end of rowhomes with metered parking right out front. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed at 12:30 on a Friday but all the better for us. The restaurant has socially distanced tables, provides hand sanitizer and the staff was all wearing masks. We were immediately greeted and served complimentary chips & homemade salsa which was delicious- lots of onion, Jalapeno & cilantro and just the right amount of heat, the chips were freshly made as well.I ordered 2 tacos - 1 Pork Carnitas the other the Mexico Lindo, both were delicious but the Mexico Lindo was my favorite. The meats were marinated & seasoned perfectly and they're generous with the Oaxaca cheese. Hubby ordered the Chicken Burrito and almost fell out of his chair when he saw how gigantic it was, he could only eat half. The menus provided had coupons on them but when I presented the 20% one I was told I couldn't use it, no valid excuse other than the menus are single use (‍?). I was also unable to purchase the Yelp deal prior to going, kept getting an error message. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed and would stop back when...

During my recent trip to Bethlehem, I stumbled upon a hidden gem: Mexico Lindo, a cozy, local Mexican restaurant. Despite its small size, the quality of the food shines through. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the prices are quite reasonable. Fortunately, my group of six was seated immediately, as the restaurant wasn’t too busy, though I did notice many take-out orders being prepared. We were treated to complimentary chips and salsa, which were a nice touch. For the dinner, we tried cheesy flautas, crispy chicken quesadillas, nachos with guacamole, and flavorful tacos. To drink, I opted for Pineapple Jarritos, and Mexico Cola — both refreshing choices. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mexico Lindo to anyone visiting Bethlehem, and I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip!

This small unassuming place is absolutely delicious. My boyfriend says it’s possibly the best Mexican he’s ever had, and that man eats a lot of Mexican. We started with Guac and the chorizo nachos (Chorinachos). We think they may make the chorizo in house and either way, it was so so good. We ordered birria tacos, chorizo tacos (because the chorizo was so good the first time!), a steak and chorizo burrito (what did I tell you), and the Mexico Lindo fajitas. My boyfriend also said it was the best birria tacos he’s ever had. Burrito was great and probably about ten pounds, and chorizo tacos were great. The fajita was seasoned perfectly. Not to mention the prices are extremely affordable. You can’t miss here.
