Chinese Restaurant Empire Chen — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Normally I would praise the service provided by Empire Chen. After today's experience I will not be ordering from them again. First time I ever ordered a "large" size of their food. I ordered 2 large boneless spare ribs, along with plenty of other food due to that being my son's choice for his birthday dinner. I received a bowl like container filled mostly with broccoli and hardly any meat. When I called to speak to someone about this, I was approached with such rudeness from the girl who answered my call. Another person got on the phone and offered a small order of boneless spare ribs with no broccoli being that my issue was part that my child will not eat the broccoli they filled my container with and that I did not order. When my "corrected" portion was sent to my home, it too contained broccoli. I obviously was upset about once again being sent incorrect food and called to speak to someone and explained that at that point I was not looking for a correction but to inform them that the order was incorrect once again. The rude girl answered again and since her unprofessional approach from my first call was what I was serviced with I refuse to speak to her and asked for someone else. I swear to you this is by far the WORST Chinese restaurant EVER!!! NEVER again! I ordered for the first time from this place tonight, what a disaster to say the least. It took an hour for my food to get here and then once the driver left and I checked my food I noticed they got my order wrong. I called the restaurant to complain and a woman answered the phone whom which I could not understand a word what she was saying. She told me next time they would give me a free soda? Like WHAT? NO! I just spent $40 on food. I demanded to speak with a manager whom they said would call me back within a minute. 20 mins passes and I get a call saying they would deliver the correct food. It took the driver another 45 minutes to get here and then came to the wrong address. I'm telling the driver to come to the back of the building and he just was not understanding what I was saying. I live in an apartment building and there's an entrance in the back and that's where I was waiting and he just was not getting it, maybe the language barrier I guess! I was so frustrated! I have to walk through the whole building to the front to get my food. I told him never again would I ever order from this restaurant again, and that's a promise! The food was absolutely disgusting, swimming in oil! The shrimp toast was dried out like old boots. The sauce on the food just as disgusting! Awful! I order steamed dumplings with my order, they never brought them with the delivery. I called they had a driver bring them. First off he left the food outside on the ground at an apartment building and left. One of the neighbors told me the food was out there. The steamed dumplings were a mess. The bowl was half filled with water and the dumplings filled with water. So I called and asked for another order and explained what was wrong with them. They didn’t want to remake them or refund the money for the dumplings. So she said fine I’ll remake them but you have to pick them up. But I ordered delivery. I told her it wasn’t possible and they would have to bring them. So she hung up I called back and she hung up 3 mores times. When she did answer she I don’t want to talk to you and hung up again! Called back again and someone else answered and said they aren’t driving. Sooooo now I paid for the dumplings that where not edible and they won’t bring them and they say they can’t give me a refund.
