Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Dunkin is a place I don't frequent often but today I felt in the mood for a croissant sandwich and a brown sugar cookie coffee. Man... What a mistake that was. The food here was so stale and flavourless. I actually felt like I was eating cardboard. Not to mention there were flies all over the donuts, especially the glazed donuts. Glazed donuts are my favorite mind you so I was especially appalled by that sight. I honestly lost my appetite but I was actually starving, beggars can't be choosers. Also the drink, I don't know, it just didn't sit right with me. The first sip was... Okay... But afterwards? Sheesh, it tasted like someone wrung out their old sweaty gym sock into my cup. I actually have no idea what went wrong here. Maybe the machines aren't maintained properly. Honestly seemed like a health hazard, like I was drinking death. The only saving grace of this location was the young man giving me excellent customer service. Overall, I don't think I'll ever be giving Dunkin Donuts my business ever again. I don't go often and now I'm remembering why. Forget not often, I'm never coming back again. Starbucks never tried...

Was the WORST ever...I use to go to this location on a daily basis,until yesterday and again today..Won't give them a third day in a roll Friday my frozen coffee wasn't frozen at all,tasted totally different than what it supposed to b.Then on my way to work Today,I stopped what a rude place dirty and slow and non trained individuals...After 7-10 minutes standing inside I finally got acknowledgement,but then he went on to take the order behind me instead of getting me out of there.i asked for a refund cause I wasn't going to wait another who knows how long till he waited on 1 or all 6 of the line behind me....I was told no refunds could b given Now I work in the fast food business and know how this should of been handled..The second kid that came out did alittle better.... NOT much as my drink wasn't right AGAIN,no whip cream which I pay .50 cents for...Need to have more people or other people besides KIDS THERE.AND I GET IT ...IT WAS BUSY BUT DONT HAVE LITTLE MR...WALK by 3 time in a row and no word,like it will b a minute.As well up until the last 2 visit I tipped well cause I...

This particular Dunkin site has made me so something I NEVER EVER DO, which is leave a comment anywhere. But I feel the need so much so that here I am. Anyway I'm just really disappointed and disturbed how the people that work at this site, which seem to be for the most part pretty young, are very loud and they use foul language at will. They also have a radio that they plat obnoxiously loud. It's insane how far respect for one's work place has gone down the toilet. I go to this particular store almost daily because it's also a gas station. Personally I WILL NEVER purchase anything from the Dunkin side of the store because if the owners don't care if their employees are cursing all the time very loudly I might add and that b they are on their cell phones all the time and their music is ridiculously loud then it demonstrates that they could care less for their customers. Like I mentioned earlier I've never been moved to comment on sites but this place is truly out of hand and it's sad. I'd hate to bring one of my elderly family members they'd be made very...
