Lusitania Bakery — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Bought rolls at Giant and after a few days they were full of mold. I was told they have no preservatives and they should have been put in the freezer. It’s nice that they are made like that but it would be more helpful for bakery to make that known so a consumer is informed!!

Why not put a sticker on your bags, “Preservative free, freeze or refrigerate after a day!”

Would be helpful to make consumers aware that your products are preservative free. Then we can buy them if they will be used right away, or pick another brand if we are buying ahead of time! It’s to time consuming to have to rely on freezing a roll to ensure freshness.
