Wawa — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Maria is Theeee worst manager I have ever encountered. I come here all the time as I only live a few blocks away. My last visit I ordered 2 large hoagies, chips, sodas and a chicken sandwich. I got home and it was late. My whole order was wrong. I took pics as well. I ordered a meatball sub Xtra marinara, pickles and hot peppers and a cheesesteak which both were wrongly made. It's ok. I understand that happens so I called and spoke to a man who said he would take my name down and compensate me a hoagie on my next visit. Today I just came in for a quad espresso and asked who the manager was. I was pointed to Maria. I told her I spoke to a manager and he said he'd write my name down. "We don't do that here, that's not our process". Confused I went to the ATM and withdraw cash. After realizing I went back and asked her why didn't she ask what my concern was. She backed away from me as if I was a problem. Then she said I was being combative and that there were people around. I said I'm sorry and that I would report this behavior. No customer service by a manager. No politeness. Accused me of a behavior in which I do not engage. I was so offended I will avoid her and probably this Wawa which my wife and I easily spend $200-$300 a week including gas. Thanks for the customer...

THE ROLL MAKES OR BREAKS A HOAGIE, PERIOD. WHEN THERE IS A SALE FINNALLY, EVERYTHING ON SALE IS GONE,,, SOLD OUT,, AND PEOPLE PARK YOU IN,, IF YOU PARK IN THE SIDES OF THE BUILDING, TRUCKS AND ANYONE ELSE JUST PARK BEHIND YOU NEXT TO THE GRASS AND BLOCKS EVERYONE IN! Always visiting this wawa, always making a purchase all day long since im a lyft driver.Tonight i had the worst customer service from the worst so called manager her name is Mars,i went and i purchased a coffee and a sugar donut,the sign said. .95 cent but the cashier was charging me 1.49.I told him the tag said .95 and he even went to look andvyes it did said .95 cent but they called the manager so that she takes care of it.This is what she did she came walking all ghetto style taking in front of all customers instead of taking to me asside.She was saying we didnt have time to pull the wrong tag off but the sugar donut is 1.49 and thats the price just screaming that info out and walking away from me like if i was an animal.What kind of customer service is that,no professionalism as a store manager.Is that a way to treat customers or thats a way to resolve any issue or mistakes that they do.She didnt show no class and no professionalism.I just paid for the coffee and left the donut there.Is so disgusting seeing people working as managers and treating customers like this.Im a every day customer in this store.Just remember her name Mars the unprofessional so called...
