Burger King — Restaurant in Beverly

Where do I even start? I was having a lovely outing with my significant other and I come here to grab a quick bite to eat. My double cheeseburger was something I thought would be hard to mess up, however I was proven wrong. The cheese was barely on the patties so half of my burger had no cheese. The parties were also holding onto the bun for dear life as they’d been thrown in lazily and were barely on to begin with. While this might be a matter of opinion, my boyfriend sandwhich had an EXCESSIVE amount of mayo which ended up on his shirt because it was falling out. The new manager, Shannon, there is a breath of fresh air from the old management, specifically, this guy named Keith. Shannon has really shown initiative and trying to bring this place to the full potential that it deserves. Every time I visit which is every morning because I love their breakfast despite the shortcomings that I used to experience. Now I met with a wonderful attitude and a determination that I haven’t seen before. She’s always smiling and cleaning and I love that. The BK in Danvers on Endicott St. They have one person working both the counter and the drive thru. I was standing at the counter to ask for pepper and jam. She didn't see me because she was at the window. There was 2 other women in the back. Both of whom looked right at me and went about their business. Finally after a couple of minutes one of the women asked what I needed. My only complaint is about the biscuit which is usually very good. This time it was so dry it crumbled.
