Beverly Commons — Local services in Beverly

Everything has been such a pleasant and wonderful experience! We moved around New Years Day and Beverly Commons has been more than accommodating. We were able to get the keys a couple days before the 1st. Place nice and clean and ready for us. Everything works properly upon moving in. Neighbors have been peaceful enough, I barely hear anything (just occasional footsteps). Able to pay rent and do maintenance requests online. The leasing office team are all very helpful. The only thing is the laundry machine in our building doesn't work half the time I was told by friendly tenants. I hope if it keeps happening, maybe they will consider replacing the washing machine? I love my new and safe community. And Shaws and 24 hour CVS right behind...

In my opinion the Beverly Commons is one of the best a well organize establishment as Nicole Ennis begin the tour she answered every question I had, with a great attitude , and with the proper answers to my questions. She explained each detail of the establishment in a very professional manner. Please do keep in mind that I was fashionably late. Yet Nicole did not let that inflict with my tour. I really enjoyed the energy of the environment as well as the layout. It felt like home for me .

I have lived here for just over 4 months now and I am very happy with everything so far. The staff is very friendly and always gets back to you quickly about any issue or questions you may have. It is a very family friendly place. Up keep is amazing. Never an issue with parking for residents or guests. There is plenty of grass space to play outside, the pool is lovely and having a lifeguard on duty at all times is awesome with all the kids that live here. Just over all a very safe, clean, and happy...
