The Verizon store in Beverly , in the Whole Foods plaza- has an assistant manager named Jackie. Jackie is simply terrific. We have numerous phone needs. The latest was to get my mom a new iPhone. Jackie really listens and matches us all with the right phone and the most right cases and equipment. She does the transfer from one old phone to the new phone. She works out the monthly new phone payment - she never oversells - just gets you the right phone. My moms in her 80ies and not a techie - my children are teenagers and are very tech savvy - Jackie just does it all. With supreme customer service and a smile on her face. She’s just the very best. I love Russell Cellular. They are very friendly and helpful. In fact they go out of their way to help you and help you save money on your Verizon account. Danielle was AWESOME!
