Subway — Restaurant in Beverly

There's these two kids who work here (I think siblings? young guy with a neck tattoo and girl who's always on her phone - they look alike). If you see them working when you swing by, then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The young guy especially provides lousy service, overcharges, and simply does not care. I wanted my sandwich toasted and he popped it into the oven for 4 seconds - literally 4 seconds. For veggies, this kid just pinched 3 or 4 veggies in his fingers and tossed them on the cold sandwich. Asked him several times to increase his serving sizes and he just repeated the same sloppy process. The girl can't be bothered to help - she's to busy talking on the phone. Won't be back...

Today I went in to get some subs like I do every Monday and everytime the young man makes the sandwiches he has an attitude and toss the meat and cheese with the toppings in the middle of the bread . I've asked him to not do that and he refuses to fix it . And god for bid I asked for extra mayo its the end of the world for him . Ive said something to the older gentleman that is always there and its always the same thing . I won’t go back. It’s a shame because the owner and his wife are excellent, but they need to know that their employees are horrible when they are not there.
