D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Biddeford

Friendly, knowledge, courteous staff. Restaurant was fairly clean, not busy at all. Ordered a teryaki chicken bowl for my daughter, she gave it a 7 out of 10. Adding points for aforementioned experience when ordering I am comfortable with a 5 star rating. I don't go here nearly as often as I would like but every time I do I enjoy my food very much. I love that they use fresh ingredients and raw meat that is cooked right in front of you. I love that I ordered this bowl and saw them put raw chicken on the flat top and cook it instead of grabbing pre-cooked chicken and microwaving it like those other places do. Cough cough subway cough Order was made accurate and quickly by a friendly staff in a clean restaurant. Can't ask for much more.

I often go to the D'Angelo in Biddeford, Maine and they always have the very best service. Today I went with my mother and we are very difficult for employees as we are very detailed and finicky with our orders. A blonde woman waited on us today and we were no sweat to hear. She heard our order and promptly made our sandwiches never skipping a beat. This woman usually waits on me when I go to D'Angelo and she is always very patient and kind with expert customer service skills. All of the employees do a great job as I've been waited on before by other employees as well. Thank-you kind lady at D'Angelo for being a grade A-employee and always serving me/us with a smile! Hats off to the Biddeford D'Angelo and all the super staff that work there! Excellent job!!...

I stopped on my way home from doing some shopping, I stood in lane (with nobody in front of me) for almost 10 minutes. Which they were busy so I can understand how that can happen. I picked up 3 sandwiches, a large #9, a large ham italian and a medium steak and cheese. I upgraded my husbands sandwich to the one pound of meat. First off, it cost almost $36.00. That would have been fine if they had actually upgraded his sandwich as requested and PAID for and also if mine (the small steak and cheese) wasn't way over cooked, to the point that it was burnt and crunchy! It was absolutely horrible! I will not be going back to the Biddeford location...
