accidentally ordered the wrong thing, it happens right? i asked the employee at the window if my order was the slush with ice cream and he said yes. it ended up being the wrong item. when i came back to get it fixed, a staff member was very rude and told me it was my fault for being confused about the menu. usually the service is very good here, so being treated in such an accusatory manner was a shocking experience. they wanted me to pay for a second drink when i didn't drink any of the other one. most food service places are willing to help make a mistake right, be it the customer's or...

I wish I had taken a picture of the extremely tiny small sized ice cream cone I got.. it was disgusting really. I have seen smaller baby cones and this cost almost 3.00... the girl inside had no personality and just handed it to me as if she were bored. I hope when she grows up she can appreciate the value of the money she earns and wouldn’t want to be served anything like that by anyone.. I predict they won’t be in business 5 years from now. I should have taken the hint that no cars were In Line on such a hot day.. what a waste and it was gone before I hit the red light...

I have lived in 5 states and been to at least 50 different Dairy Queens in my 43 years. My Dairy Queen in my current home town of Biddeford, is by far the best.. It's always been a cozy little place for my wife and I. Plays 50's and 60's music that always reminds me of my parents... good service team... pretty good speed. Best of all the food they serve ACTUALLY looks like it does on tv and on the marquee... That is a first for any fast food establishment... Alone, that puts them in high regard ... Keep up...
