There is a single employee - just one - at this location who cannot make a drink to save her own life. When she's assigned to the drink station, there is absolutely no hope of getting a palatable beverage - you end up with "leaf water" or "badly flavored ice."
I've been drinking my Starbucks-of-preference just about daily for almost 30 years now - probably longer than she's been alive, sad to say. It is no exaggeration to say I have likely given this company tens of thousands of dollars, and over the years I have had 'variations' of this drink made hundreds of ways. And when I say that something is 'literally unfit for human consumption'... that's what I mean.
But I can't go in and complain about it or have the drink remade. A) the way the world functions now is that any complaining customer is treated as 'a Karen' and immediately met with stubborn hostility, and B) I'd just wind up with the same girl remaking the drink... so why bother?
But, yeah... she was working the opening shift on 8/18/25, and I had to drive to Saco to have them remake my drink because it was so bad. It might be worth looking at the list of who worked this morning and asking them to make you a frappucino (and actually tasting it), and then retraining that individual. Because they're wasting my time, patience, and...

Today I went into the Biddeford Starbucks on Alfed street and the second I walked in my experience was completely negative. The women behind the counter whom I later found out goes by the name of Julie, was rude and standoffish. She completely acted as if my friend and I weren't there for a few moments and when she decided to acknowledge us she acted as if we were irrelevant to her life. After I paid, I asked a question that she obviously didn't understand, so I asked again in a slightly different way, she was rude, confrontational and has terrible customer service skills.
After I got my drinks, I asked what looked to be the manager (because he was training someone) her name. He was very nice, understanding and seemed to be a great leader. I missed his name, but he was wearing a blue shirt and I believe he had a beard. (could have...
Read moreOrdered a latte through the mobile app and planned to go through drive-through, but the line was enormous so I went inside and patiently waited to be greeted, which was fine, they looked very busy. once the barista came over she said sorry “we’re understaffed” and I told her I understood and it was not a problem and they could take their time. Then she asked what I wanted and I told her I put in a mobile order for drive-through for “Alissa spelt ALISSA, with an I not a Y” and then one of the other staff members at the other end very rudely said “uhm her order is literally RIGHT here I JUST called it” And shook her head like I was the stupid one. I reiterated that that’s not how you spell my name and that was not my order and I was ignored. I walked out of the store with nothing and their mobile app does not have a cancellation feature that I’m aware of so I won’t be getting my money...
