I really don’t know what people are expecting when they order fast food but it seems like all of the customers leaving reviews want everything for nothing. Every time I come here it’s consistently good and hot but maybe I’m crazy for not expecting the world with a $8 meal. The customer service is always lovely, especially compared to other fast food establishments in the area. I was just there and the car in front of me had lied about what they actually ordered just to get free food which had messed up orders for the rest of the line but when I had told the employee in the window what I had actually ordered they corrected it in a timely manner and did not charge me anything for the inconvenience even though I was more than happy to pay for my meal. Every time I come here the employees always seems to be working very hard and they truly care about getting the orders correct. I will continue to eat here because I have always been taken care of. A little kindness goes a long way and I wish more people would use that instead of losing their minds over having to wait 10 minutes instead of their “usual” 5. I received… A single patty (don’t know if it’s animal carcass or Impossible), CHEESE, mayo, tomato, pickle, soggy buns, cold fries with some stray onion rings to pair.
I have called the store a handful of times over the past half hour and haven’t gotten through. I had this delivered to my place of work to serve as my one meal for the day, and Biddo Burger King did EVERYTHING wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve received the wrong product or a completely messed up order, however this is the first time it’s been so messed up, I wouldn’t be able to eat it if I wanted to avoid getting sick.
Corporate NEEDS to take the store/franchise over, this is sad. This could have easily been reconciled by delivering me the order I expected and calling it good, but the not-being-able-to-eat-it and the-not-being-able-to-get-someone-to-answer-the-phone - things are ruining my experience with BK here.

Reluctantly decided to swing into drive thru around 9pm to grab a bite to eat. 1 car in front of me, woman's voice on the speaker sounded very pleasant and I'm thinking I'm in for no problem. After 5 minutes, car in front of me moves forward. I pull up and she says "I'll be right with you" After about 8 minutes I sighed and she said I'm sorry for the wait and she said she would be right with me. After 5 more minutes, I decided to just move forward and leave. I knew I was trapped in the lane drive and ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. The woman serving the cars in front of me through the window was "Chatty Cathy" with all smiles, but it honestly didn't seem to be the place for it. Went across the road to McDonald's and got in and out of drive thru in 5 minutes. I appreciate that there is a staff shortage everywhere and I'm thankful for those that show up, but this...
