Loved the attention to detail they gave me! I ordered 3 ice creams (1 for me and other 2 were for my mom and Grandma who were waiting in the car) in bowls and they offered to carry one out to the car for me. I politely declined because there were only 2 people working and didn't want to inconvenience them. They were kind enough to give me a little box to carry the ice cream! I've been here many times before and they have always been kind to me and my husband. We'll be returning soon!

Love this place! Great selection of local ice cream flavors, cozy vibe. Nice ambiance, clean place. We orders about 6 ice creams. Kids enjoy a lot too. Part from ice creams they have while Lot of candy’s which are specifically crafted with different combinations. Out of which one of our favorite one is Peanut butter chocolate.

They have a wide variety of unique ice cream to choose from and lots of great treats including popcorn. Their fudge is made right in the store. My favorite all time take home is both the milk and dark chocolate sea foam . Which, I cant find them anywhere else anymore. They staff is very friendly and eager to help.

Usually our favorite place to go but just now we ordered a peanut butter cup and asked that “one time use plastic” not be used she said no worries it would be in a paper cup. The lady immediately used a plastic paper and the threw it away. The very definition of one time use plastic. 😡 Thanks for the prompt reply. No plastic ever. Others have complied and we bring our spoons for the same reason. Trying to love...

Very disappointed with our purchase. We spent nearly $100 on fudge and chocolate for gifts and when we opened a box at home the fudge was dry and crumbly. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh fudge. Selection was limited and prices were higher than other Kilwins stores we’ve been to.
