Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Big Spring

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT FOR A BUFFET INSTEAD GO TO PIZZA INN THEY ARE AWESOME I have gone to have a buffet today afternoon at this pizza hut with 4 other friends of mine and seeing the spread of the pizzas i asked one the working staff over there that we don't eat any meat except chicken and asked her whether they could make chicken pizzas of our choice .she said that they could make and i asked her if they could also get a second pizza of chicken,she said yes if there was place on the buffet spread ,and if we ordered before 2:00pm ,we told her the order and asked her to get that pizza as soon as the space is available on the spread,as she got the first chicken pizza we all finished it in 5 minutes,and there was 10 minutes to 2:00pm.they could see that but they didn't want to give us a second pizza,so they waited until it was 2:00pm and this lady when we asked her about our pizza ,she says sorry we cannot make another pizza bcoz it is 2;00pm.these guys were making fuss on giving a second pizza in a buffet for 5 people .so now she goes and calls the manager and he comes to us,we explain him wat happened and he gives me this lecture on wat a buffet stands for and describing it giving an example of golden corral saying that if i had gone to golden corral if i would eat of wat is there in the buffet or would ask them to prepare separately for me,then i asked him if he knew about pizza inn restaurant who serves pizza buffet ,he said yes,i asked him that in pizza inn they make what ever pizza i order when i go for a buffet and would never irritate me like pizza hut is irritating on serving a second pizza ,he also said that chicken is expensive so he in customers concern offered to give a chicken pizza but couldn't give another pizza ,then i asked him that they should have told us when we asked when we walked in ,we were disappointed with pizza hut and told him that we would pay the bill and leave .i don't recommend this restaurant for pizza buffet instead go to pizza inn they are 100 times better in serving,interacting and even cheap than pizza hut and they wouldn't think about serving you any...

I can't even give this place one star. Last night was terrible we arrive at 7:00 and we don't get out of there till around 9:00. First the wait time for our order took forever they told us we could get some of the pizza from the buffet which I wish we wouldn't have I almost broke my tooth on one of the pieces that was up there because it was so dry and hard. Then they gave the wrong pizza for one of our orders then when they bring out the right one the guy drops two pieces of it on the floor so he has to make him a new one then when one of the people in our party goes to put the red hot pepper on his pizza the cap comes off dumping much of it all over the pizza the guy serving our pizzas laughs about it which really angers the one who's order they got wrong and dropped two of his pieces on the floor so he leaves before he punches the kid out. Then one of the other people in our group never even got his pizza so they gave him the other pizza that they had recently cooked for the one that left they put the bread sticks with our order and they belonged to the one that didn't even get the pizza he ordered and to top it off the bathrooms were both out of order. It was a horrendous experience and also one of the guys making or cooking the pizzas underneath his nails we're full of dirt not very becoming when you are preparing food for others to eat... So if you are thinking about getting pizza in Big Spring I would strongly suggest Domino's, Papa John's or Little Caesars or any other pizza places that are around. Oh and I am only adding a star...

The cashier girl is very immature, lacks knowledge on the food and doesn’t know to guide on the payment and was very rude to us.

We went here around 6pm about 2 weeks ago ( 15/16/17 May) She didn’t know when asked about thin crust with white base/ alfreddo. She kept saying “I don’t know what you mean” and kept grinning and kept disrespecting me. She could have explained what option she had . She didn’t. Later a gentlemen from the kitchen explained her and she was like “I don’t know what this female is talking” .. I let it slide by. She then didn’t know how to use a debit card as credit. ( all she had to know was to press the green button ) she lacked any kind of knowledge and instead gave stupid looks. I again let it slide by.

Food was ready to go after a long wait. One gentlemen came out and delivered the order to my colleague opened it and showed it nicely. Then came this girl with my order, literally opened it, didn’t speak a word. Didn’t close the lid. Threw my side sauces rudely and left.

She was the most meanest person I saw. She should be thought...
