Supreme House of Pizza — Restaurant in Billerica

Supreme pizza has been our go to pizza restaurant for the last 2 years since moving .5 miles down the street in Chelmsford. 2 out of the last 4 times we have ordered from here we mentioned my wife has a dairy allergy because she is breastfeeding our daughter and we ordered a pizza without the obvious cheese on it. The 3rd time is when they picked up that they have grated cheese in the sauce and notified us which I was happy about but questioned how seriously they handle allergies.

This last time I ordered 2 pizzas online and was quoted 25 min. The actual wait time was 55 min to make a delivery .5 miles down the road. When the food arrived at room temp, the delivery driver (who has been her multiple times) called me because he was on the road on the back side of our property, 2 houses down at 117. I told him to continue down the road to the driveway that is labeled 115. I could see where he was parked because I was getting in my car to go down and pick up the pizza after calling multiple times and being disconnected and receiving a busy tone. After I was given the pizza the driver asks “Are you tipping at all tonight?”

I occasionally order from here all the time, has been one of my favorite places but I tried to order tonight and as soon as the girl answered the phone she was immediately rude then while placing my order I asked if I could have a total at the end which also I got an attitude when the call was over I check to make sure I had enough. I quickly realized I did not have enough and called back so that they did not start the order so that I could cancel it ( it had to have been maybe 5 mins in between) and I also expressed how sorry I was about having to cancel it and she hung up the phone. I gathered a little bit more money and tried to call back which she still had an attitude finally once I gave her my address she hung up on me what she did not understand and why I am so angry is because I was calling for my four year old who was patiently waiting to have food delivered to him it also angered me when I had to tell him that I could not place an order because of the girl got hung up on me. I've been ordering from here for years I never had a problem untill tonight. I make me mad that she just was completely rude to a paying customer when...

The food here at supreme House of Pizza is pretty good! (Some super busy evenings, It can be a little undercooked, nothing that popping in the oven at home can't help for that little extra crisp!) The chicken wings are great!! Nice and crispy every time no matter how busy they are! The steak and cheese subs are great.. sometimes roll can be a little soggy..on the subs. Toaster works great for that issue..😁 The only friendly recommendation I can offer is when you have people picking up food, The price should reflect with the menu reflects! When ordering a chicken broccoli and Alfredo pasta dish, it shouldn't be an additional $4 to add sauce to a pasta dish! It doesn't say it anywhere on the menu but there is an additional charge to have sauce on your pasta dish. I've never heard of a restaurant charging a la carte to have sauce on a pasta dish, and not list it in the menu otherwise it is false advertising! An additional $8 for two pasta dishes to have sauce on them is not acceptable when it is not clearly stated on the menu. I don't say this to be rude or mean because I do enjoy the food...
