After moving to Billings from Henderson, Nevada, I’ve been on the hunt for some new favorite restaurants. Coming from the Las Vegas Valley, I know I’ve been spoiled with a lot of delicious food options. Since arriving here, we’ve tried a handful of pizza places, and honestly, the best we’d found so far was Costco—don’t get me wrong, Costco has good pizza, but that says a lot about the local options.
That all changed when we finally decided to try Pie Guys Pizzeria, and I’m very happy we did. We ordered a half-and-half combo/white pizza, and I’d rate it a solid 9/10 for the best in the area, and a 7/10 for the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were great, and it definitely stood out compared to the other places we’ve tried. We’ll still be exploring other options, but we’ll absolutely be coming back to Pie Guys for more.
Parking was straightforward and easy, which is always a plus. The restaurant is connected to a casino/bar, but don’t let that worry you—it’s clean and smoke-free. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a family restaurant, but it’s definitely a good spot to grab some tasty pizza. The staff was kind, and I appreciated that they have a separate to-go door, so you don’t have to go through the casino side if you’re just picking up.
All in all, Pie Guys Pizzeria has become a new favorite, and I’m excited to try more...
Read moreSo I was just 86'd from this place, and I admit I was frustrated, but the person who I am assuming was the manager, kept interrupting me when I tried yo talk. I have ordered delivery from them numerous times, and always tip. And I always leave instructions on how to fund my apartment, with the code to get in my building. A good majority of the time I have to go search for them outside, and I did this time, but did not find. I came back inside, and before I looked at text messages I called the delivery driver, not seeing that he sent me a text letting me know he was deaf. And this delivery driver has been here before, and got in the building just fine, and it wasnt that long ago. So he finally came to my door, where I thanked him, and was not rude. And maybe better customer service would be if he lead that he was deaf with the first text he sent me. I'm going to post a screen shot of our conversation. And yes, the text has capitol letters, but I was working on a project and did nota free hand to take the caps lock off. And I was not rude to anyone until I got the phone call and the person on the phone starting accusing me of being rude, which I wasn't. If I was in his position I would have stated the phone call with "tell me what your side of the story" just terrible customer service to someone who supports this...
Read moreI ordered a couple 14" pizzas, small cheese bread, and 10pc garlic butter wings for pickup at a specific time. Everything was hot, fresh, and done right on schedule. Pricing was about average. The employees were super friendly and everyone in the kitchen, that I could see, seemed to be happy. The flavor of their pizzas, and marinara dip for the cheesebread were very good. The wings were good size and crispy but a bit dry from over-cooking. Not too big of a deal for me really. My only issue is the pizza crust was pretty tough and chewy. The outside edge was toasted well and crisp but the rest of the pie had a bit too much chew to it. Both pizzas and cheesebread were like that. Maybe because my order was one of the last for the day. I dunno. Thats my only reason for not giving the full 5 stars. I will surely give them another try in the...
