Went to Keating to look for a bed. Found a great selection and were helped by Mark. Mark was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond. He certainly made it a pleasurable buying experience. We had a minor issue with the footboard/drawer when we got it assembled and between Mark and the manager, it was taken care of fast without any problems or issues. Highly recommend Keating for any furniture needs!!

The problem stated up above was for a damaged footboard. It had been dropped and the drawer wouldn’t go in. The day we got it home we contacted them and let them know. They said they would have one in a week and would contact us when it came in. 3 weeks later I finally called them since no one wanted to contact me, and they said looks like we got it ordered but it hasn’t shipped yet nor do we know when it will. Another 2 weeks went by and never heard a thing from them so decided to go in there and talk to them. This time they said it still wasn’t shipped and they didn’t know when it would be but they said they would look into it and call me Monday. They called me Monday and said it was still a couple weeks out. Fast forward 2 months from purchase it finally comes in and it gets delivered. The delivery company was from a different furniture store here in town which was fine. I wasn’t home but my wife said the two gentlemen were very nice. When I got off of work I looked at it and it looked great. At 10 we decided to go to bed and my wife stubs her toe on a board. I look under the bed and not a single support was holding the mattress up. Just the long thin sheets of particle board. If she didn’t stub her toe, we would have hopped on the bed and smashed through the thin wood. So now at 10 at night I have to take the mattress off and finish putting the bed together. Not a huge deal but it would have been if we would have broken anything. So in the end we bought a bed for 1600 dollar. Had to take it home ourselves since they charge a lot for delivery. Found damage. Waited 2 months for replacement with terrible communication. Was swapped out and partially assembled. Marks customer service is why I left this at 2 stars. Should be 1. Read moreThis company is great when you are shopping for furniture but once they have your money they are appalling! We ordered our custom recliner and stock couch on August 3, 2024. Once we had placed our order and paid in full they let us know that our furniture would not be delivered until mid-late November. It got to the third week of November with no communication at all from them, so I called to check on our delivery so I could make holiday travel plans. The most rude young man answered the phone and was very unhappy to check on my order and schedule a delivery he let me know my order would be in the last week of November and delivered on December 12th. We again heard nothing from this company and my boyfriend called on December 11 to see about delivery and they told us that we were not on their delivery schedule!!! They also let us know that half our couch (which was stock and did not plan to have till January!!!!) was not in yet but they could deliver our custom order recliner on December 16th. So though this process my boyfriend will have to take three days off work unpaid for furniture deliveries, we will go 5 months with out furniture that has been paid for in full with zero communication from this company unless we call and follow up on our order. I was able to speak with Travis and he is trying to g to make as right as they can be… I will update after this weekend. update Travis was good to work with. Read moreI've never had such a poor experience with a store. I spent almost $4k on a custom living room set. The salesman barely spent time with me, didn't give me his business card, never followed up with me. As soon as I told him I wanted to purchase the set, he passed me off to the guy in the back and I never saw or heard from him again. I had to call multiple times to see if it was on time, and received less-than-polite responses from their staff. When it finally arrived, the delivery guys seemed rushed. It was a smaller sectional and when they hooked two of the pieces together it didn't quite fit, so one of the legs was off the ground and it was clearly uneven when looking at the pieces from the top. Further, there was a small stain on the back of the sofa. I was told I'd be contacted for someone to repair both issues. No one ever called. Incidentally I purchased some night stands from their sister store Ashley across the way. Toby at Ashley texted me a couple of times, alerting me to the status of the pieces, when they arrived, a week later to see if I liked them and even sent a thank you card.
