Food is good but the moron working the drive thru needs a lesson on efficiency. After ordering I pull up to the window. I hand the girl my card. I see my sandwich all bagged up ready to be dropped into my hands but instead of the girl giving me my sandwich she hands me a clipboard with the tag to sign then shuts the window and turns her back to the window. I sign the receipt and begin the wait. I wait and I wait and then I wait some more. Finally after minutes she turns back, opens the window, takes her clipboard back and then and only then decides I’ve waited long enough for my sandwich.

The more efficient way would have been to hand me my food and clipboard at the same time. I know my card was successfully ran because there was a receipt to sign.

First time to this location. I pulled in to the location at 9:46am....doesn't open until 10:00am. I went to the drive thru to see the menu and pulled up to the window to see the hours as I wanted to verify it opens at 10. I didn't see the hours so I drove around to the front of the store to read them off the front door and possibly drive away. However, a man opened the front door and yelled across the lot for me to drive back around to the window and he'd get me set up with whatever I needed. I told him I could wait until the store opened but he insisted that it was no bid deal and to swing over to the window. I complied and he got me my sandwiches 10 minutes before they opened. It was great food the first time we went. Went back yesterday and either it was a off day or its gone down hill. My sandwich had all the mayonnaise on one side wich was way to much and I stood there for 3min. waiting for someone to agnolige me for a little cup of cheese that should have been put on my plate with the meal. They acted like they couldn't hear us as well. Maybe turn down the music so you can. Especially when everyone is wearing a mask. I will say ill give them another try. To be...
