I planned to start at this gym and signed up for my free trial on Monday October 21 around 10 or 11 am. When I got done signing up at the front desk I went out and sat in my car for a minute getting my stuff and a male worker knocked on my window and was very rude to me saying aggressively “what’s going on bud” how they had a complaint that I was looking in car windows when I explained I wasn’t at all and they can check the cameras. He continued to be rude before walking away when I was talking mid sentence explaining how he was being rude and instantly assuming I’m guilty. So I went in to work out for about a half hour then left back out to my car to take a break and go do a doordash when some woman worker knocked on my window again and said shes gonna have to ask me to leave and that I’m not welcome anymore. I said I wasn’t looking in any cars and to check the cameras since I was right in front of them and she said it doesn’t matter I have to leave because “they had too many complaints” when I was literally doing nothing wrong and was just minding my own business. She spoke to me in a passive aggressive manner, had her nose turned up, and had her eyes locked on me the whole time. I didn’t argue at all and said I had to go back in to get clothes as she followed me to the locker room and waited outside the untiI left with her saying thank you as I walked out . The whole thing was very unprofessional and unnecessary and even if a person falsely complained about how I looked in my own window for a second when I was getting my stuff, those workers should be ashamed of themselves how they handled it. They should have checked the cameras instead of instantly assuming I’m guilty and treating me like that. Facility is very nice. Equiptment nice. Staff very nice. I must have gotten all the bad luck. 3-4th time writing this review since it keeps getting deleted. Expensive to join over $200 up front. Charge you first and second month plus sign up fees. (This fee structure screwed me over at my last gym when I had to move last minute for medical issues) Got in on a promotion. Have to pay for lockers...super inconvenient. Seemed to be plenty of rules. I got yelled at for walking through the deepend of the pool to cool off after the hot tub. I'm diabetic so if you don't want to call an ambulance for one of your customers you should jusy let them walk through to cool off. The old people in the class liked me and took up 1/5th of the pool, but teacher was annoyed by ...my existance? Classes must have gotten moved or cancelled because I only had to deal with that right at the beginning of my membership. Kids everywhere so awkward changing around kids trying to not flash them. I got electrocuted twice by the tredmills (not making that up.) Notified staff and not a problem after that one day. Some of the treadmill belts suddenly halt on each step when I run on them...I only weigh 200lbs. Lol. When I cancelled mostly because I moved the membership manager showed she cared, professionally apologised for problems and asked questions about my experience and offered me a few free weeks if I'm back in town. Was very nice to leave on such a positive note!

Billings needs more short term gym options. I was only in town for a few months and all the gyms were pretty greedy for what they offered month to month especially compaired to Missoula...

So me and two other people showed up on the 12 dollar day to sign up all was well.... we spoke with 2 girls after waiting 30 min and to our delight the two girls offered us the family pack and said we would pay 133 a month starting after the promo gave us all shirts and off we went.The first day of workout was great we spent about an hour there and left. Well I went back that next morning to work out and was told to wait for a lady named Shara. Shara came out with my application and check and told me they would not be able to honor the promo anymore and I could not add our sister whom lives with us.. I was upset and left without working out . I then called Shara back several times and emailed her for questions.... I got no response and am still waiting Maybe because we are bigger people who actually need to work out instead of running around in spandex making others feel out of place.
