Red Door Lounge — Restaurant in Billings

I’ve always loved red door but unfortunately I continue to have bad experiences whenever I’m playing in the poker room. I believe her name is Olivia. She never stops talking…so much to the point she nearly spits in my drink anytime she’s talking. Very messy. She also called me a bigot after she saw my don’t tread on me flag on my car. Not sure why you hire employees that are this unprofessional? I’ve never met anyone that’s had a problem with my flag here but every time I come here she’s whispering to her coworkers and calling me names behind my back I also just have a strange feeling that she tries to get me very drunk before I leave. She’s always offering a new shot every 5 minutes and talking my ear off about her political and personal problems. Mike (short bearded guy) is a complete... Well has no people skills. I believe he is rather new. I can understand why they are short handed most of the time. I try not to go in when he is working. My family an I have been gong here for years. 3 Strikes and 2 strikes in the same week. Never again.I feel sorry for Dave I guess good help hard to find....Unfortunate, I have multiple group gatherings and never been treated so badly. One star is tooo much with this guy behind the bar. We can gladly take our money down the street ! Good Luck!! Was asked to leave and required a explanation and he couldn't give us one. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! So sad...our experience tonight Dave. I have been a patron since probably the early 90 s with you from there to where you are now. I have rented the extra space multiple times for reunions and funerals etc. I have always had great service, food, and drinks. Tonight was different. I ordered tap beer and when it came I knew it was wrong. The waitress argued with me. I said bring the other beer I thought it was. Yep taps screwed up. The "manager" sitting at the bar drinking wine and possibly whiskey with hands on a male next to her was the one who said " ya you're right" when I questioned her after she tasted the two. It was not the young waitresses fault but the manager did not do her job at all! Also our food was messed up and it sucked basically. You have a nice facility Dave I hope...
