Biloxi Bay Buffet — Restaurant in Biloxi

Each bucket of crabs you had to stand in line for 1 hr per bucket because "they didn't have any made", had no shrimp on ice at all, no plates in the whole restaurant you had to use small desert plates to eat, no crab crackers was given, the crabs were old like they have been reheated several times, they were just mush couldn't even get the meat out, all the other food I got other than seafood was cold, entire time i was there my drink wasn't refilled not one time, spoke to the manager about all the problems, and was told "its restaurant business, these things happen sorry". Very clean and nice atmosphere. The crab legs are some of the best I’ve had off a buffet. I smoked meats also compared to a stand alone BBQ restaurant. Had plenty of variety. The only negatives I have are the fried food was all very well done. Over fried making everything almost rock hard. The dessert station like most buffets was lacking any type of quality.
