My family and I went to enjoy a meal at Tien Restaurant in IP Casino but I could only give one star. The star belongs to our waitress Britney who went above and beyond to make us happy. I don’t have pictures to show of the food nor Tein restaurant because as I was taking my usual pictures of our meals the manager approached our table knelt down and asked “what’s going on here” without even introducing himself. Asked me to delete my pictures. I informed him I like to write reviews of places we have been to help others on deciding where they might want to visit. Found out his name was Josh. Later another manager of a different restaurant came to our table (Janet) to make us feel better about our visit but I felt the damage was done. The big reason all this came to such a dramatic event was the so-called host Stephanie who threw a fit because I was taking pictures. Not what I would call a friendly host. The food was tasty but the hassle isn’t worth it drama. So, I’m giving the one star to Britney but we will NOT be back.
This is the response. They did not have the decency to personally respond. Told me to go to their website. This place needs new management immediately.

Read moreWe typically eat here 2 to 3 times a week if we are staying in the biloxi area. I gave 3 stars because this is a great place to eat however we had a not so great experience tonight. If we are not with a group we usually eat at the bar because Pam is fantastic and we are smokers. My girlfriend always orders the hibachi and on Fridays and Saturdays the bartender or server has to make sure they can take the order if you're not at a hibachi station. Tonight we came in and had our typical orders. We were the first people sitting in the bar area. My girlfriend waited over an hour for her hibachi. People came and went before she ever got her order. This was unexpected and a little frustrating but I assumed the manager would apologize or attempt to make things right. She ended up coming over to resolve an issue on another check and I mentioned you can take care of that hibachi order while you're at it. She never looked at me never spoke to me never apologized for the wait or thanked us for our patience. She simply told Pam no and walked off. We felt bad for Pam as she apologized profusely with no way to make things right. Pam you're great we'll be back next time we don't see that sorry excuse for a manager doing nothing at...
Read moreThis is my husband’s and I favorite place to go on our date nights! We were there last night, a Saturday. Made reservations and were quickly seated and introduced to our server, Jacinta. We were placed in the back room (I believe is the over flow/party room). Beautiful view but the room was a bit warm for me. Wish there was a little more AC. Food and drinks were delicious and service was amazing as usual even on a busy Saturday night. We got the combination fried rice, szechuan beef and the super crunchy roll. Definitely recommend all 3! Jacinta was great btw! Personable, quick and attentive. Besides the room being warm, I was so upset that the lettuce duck wrap was no longer on the menu. That was favorite dish and one of the main reasons I loved to eat there! :( but there were some new items that sounded delicious but pleaseeee bring the lettuce...
