We were visiting Biloxi for the first time for my husbands birthday. He booked Thirty Two on Open Table and I guess mentioned his birthday. Upon arrival, there was a paper card on the table wishing him a happy birthday, which was a nice touch and made him feel seen. Drew was our server and you can absolutely tell he’s been there 10+ years because his service was impeccable and personal! Toby was his busser, but honestly was better than a busser and could’ve easily been an assistant server or server. He was kind and attentive also. They checked on us at just the right intervals and our drinks were always full. We started with a blueberry lemonade cocktail for him and a Tito’s Mule - both very delicious. The mule was extra spicy and so great - Drew said it was their ginger beer. We also started with the BLT salad for me and the French Onion soup for him. He orders french onion soup frequently and said it was the best he’s ever had. I agreed, once I stole a bite! The BLT salad was very fresh and good. They also brought out a mixed basket of breads - all very fresh and hot. There was a head of roasted garlic cloves to spread with the butter, and that was so uniquely delicious and sweet and a great idea that I plan on stealing for dinner parties. For our main, he ordered the regular filet and topped it with crab and shrimp. It was cooked perfectly. and I ordered the Wagyu filet, which was also cooked a perfect medium plus and the addition of thyme and bourbon butter to the Wagyu filet set it apart. The tenderness was unreal and the flavor was huge! Really delicious garlic mashed potatoes. The broccolini was cooked a little too crunchy for our preference and mostly just tasted charred/grilled but not too flavorful. We finished with the Creme Brûlée, which is one of my very favorite desserts to indulge in and it was better than most I’ve had. We visited during the off season and so it wasn’t full, which was very nice. There was one loud table on the opposite side where we could hear every word of their conversation, and that did detract from our experience until they left. The view of the Beau and Hard Rock were nice and peaceful. Overall a really great experience and we recommended Drew to many people we met during our stay. Thank you for a personalized, delicious experience worthy of your prices and living up to your AAA 4-Diamond status.

Perched atop the IP Casino in Biloxi, Thirty-Two offers not just a meal, but an unforgettable fine dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone for an elegant evening. We began with a drink at the bar, where the expertly crafted cocktails and warm hospitality immediately impressed us. Once seated, the service was nothing short of exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and seamlessly orchestrated. Every detail, from the table setting to the timing of each course, was meticulously executed. To start, I indulged in the French onion soup, which was deeply rich and perfectly balanced, with a savory broth, caramelized onions, and a generous layer of gooey, golden-brown cheese. The Caesar salad followed, and its house-made dressing was simply outstanding—creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor. For the main course, we chose the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and it was nothing short of perfection. The steak was flawlessly cooked to our desired doneness, tender and bursting with flavor, while the mashed potatoes were velvety smooth and indulgently buttery. We ended our meal on a high note with bananas Foster, prepared tableside in a mesmerizing display of fire and finesse. The combination of warm caramelized bananas, spiced rum sauce, and creamy vanilla ice cream was the perfect conclusion to our evening. As if the meal wasn’t impressive enough, the breathtaking sunset views from our table elevated the entire experience. Watching the sky transform with hues of orange and pink while enjoying world-class cuisine made for a truly unforgettable night. If you’re in Biloxi, Thirty-Two is an absolute must-visit for those seeking top-tier dining, impeccable service, and stunning panoramic views.

Please take your money some where else. For the amount of money we spent, we got no where near the experience that was expected. We had reservations, which was fine, but between sitting down, it took the server 10 minutes to greet us, then another 10 minutes to get our order then 1 hour for our food to be brought out just to have my wife steak cooked well done when we asked for medium rare. During that hour, our server only checked on us once, and that one time was me flagging her down to ask how much longer our food would be, which more time passed before she even went back to check on the food. Then our food comes out, my wife steak wasn’t cooked to order and then another 10-15 minutes wait for her food again. For a high end steak house as they claim, the experience did not warrant the $200+ meal that we paid for. The food was a 7/10, and the only good thing about the night was how attentive the bus boy/assistant server was, the manger on staff, from what we could see was working extremely hard and she did come out to speak to us about our order, I just was expecting some type of discount, or comping our bar drinks at the least, a dessert for the wait wasn’t even offered. Honestly we have gotten better service at a local Waffle House. Please go check out Half Shell, they have a location in Gulfport, Biloxi and the Hard Rock. That is our go to place, we just wanted to redo one of our date nights from the past by going to 32 and highly regretted it. Scarlet grill at the Scarlet Casino, Patio 44, The Rack House, BR Prime, Morton’s, Ruth Chris, the Chimney, those are all 5 star restaurants I would recommend over this subpar experience restaurant.

Very upset and disappointed, with our recent and first time ever dining at thirty two, went for my husbands birthday, I used opentable & called way in advance, had reservations for 8:30pm, talked to someone about the menu, my husband and I recently (over a month ago) ate somewhere where he ordered the tomahawk steak and he was disappointed they didn't have the bone on it (it was not a good place won't go back there), he said he had always wanted to see that, so I took the time, called to make sure the bone was in it and to let them know it would be a surprise for him, his birthday, I wanted it to be extra special, thinking I had thought of everything to make it perfect and asked about a list of cheeses they would have, as I always get the cheese plates when places we eat at have them. We were staying at the hotel, got an email our reservation got canceled few hours before we were even going to eat, had to call them again, we were double booked all seemed set after getting that straightened out. We go to eat, place is nice, tables, chairs, place settings, was not very bust at all, had a great view if you can actually get a table by the window, but didn't feel very welcomed, bit dark and not once seen anyone smiling here, my husband got excited seeing it on the menu, and went ahead to order the tomahawk, and the waitress (who by the way wasn't real nice and acted a bit like we were inconveniencing her, seemed to have a lot of trouble with one of her legs) tells him their out of the tomahawk steak, I didn't even get as far as the appetizer, salad, or any drinks I was going to order! I was livid! I had called! Then we got neglected for awhile, so because of that there was nothing else we even wanted on the menu to order, they gave us the cheese, water and bread at no charge, thanks! We left, and because it was so late and tired from our fun busy day of activities, we had our very first experience leaving a restaurant hungry...

Not Impressed! After years of hearing great things, we decided to finally try Thirty-two for the wife’s birthday dinner while staying and playing at the IP. We had seen a show in the casino, so we made our reservations for late night dining at the Thirty-two. Atmosphere is great, provides a fine dining feel. Servers were pleasant and accommodating. But, service was slow. Whether that was due to the kitchen or the wait staff themselves, I’m not sure. But slow, nonetheless. Food was very underwhelming! After all the hype I have heard over the years, it definitely failed to impress! For the appetizer wife and I shared the escargot and it was good. But the escargot we’ve had on Carnival cruises was just as good, if not better. The bread basket was probably the best part of our dinner. Nice selection of tasty fresh breads. For our entrees wife had the prime rib and I had the filet mignon. We shared a side of seafood mac and cheese which was delicious. Now about our entrees; my filet arrived somewhere between room temp and warm, lacked flavor, and was just so-so. Wife’s prime rib was a slightly undercooked hearty portion. But the kicker here is that her meat had bone shards in it. My wife, being the way she is, would not have brought this to the wait staffs attention, except the server approached our table as my wife was trying to discreetly dispose of the second bone shard she encountered. So, when the server inquired about the quality of our food, my wife had to state the obvious. The server was very apologetic and offered to take the plate back to the kitchen, but my wife insisted that was not necessary. I would have thought at the very least a manager would have visited our table. Nope! Perhaps our not so favorable experience was due to it being late in the evening, but I really expected more! We both agreed that we will not be in a rush to dine here...
