When you walk in, just take any seat and someone will come to you. The drinks are on a menu already at the table and the food menu will be brought out. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with the house made chips. The sandwich was good and it wasn't overly spicy. The chicken is breaded but not crunchy and the Swiss cheese is melted directly on the chicken. The sandwich was hoagie style with a long bun and two chicken tenders. The house chips were greasy but still crunchy and seasoned. My husband had the pasta with fried shrimp. He liked the fried shrimp but the pasta sauce is more spiced than usual. The servers were very kind and there are multiple large screens to watch games on. There is a large bar seating area and then normal tables to sit at. The table options are high top, normal, and booths. There is limited parking at the side of the building but there is more in the back. Overall a good experience and good food!

The service at Tailgaters was fantastic, and our server was a Saint. My wife and I had a nice time here, but the food was lackluster, and the presentation wasn't great. I ordered the roast beef poboy as it comes ( as I typically do for a first-time visit to a location) it came out soggy and salty. The wax paper that it was presented on was so wet that it had started to break apart, and I was getting pieces of the paper in my mouth when trying to eat it. (I would suggest asking for the gravy on the side if you order this.) The fries weren't hot but tasted great and were thick cut. I would maybe give it a second try.

I've never come in the evening, as it seems rather busy, but this is a new favorite spot for a quiet early dinner with lots of screens for your viewing pleasure. The dining room has lots of quirky touches such as the kangaroo hide on the ceiling and the alligator head on the wall. The employees are friendly and the food's tasty. (They source their shrimp daily from local markets such as Desporte's and Quality.) Seating ranges from high tops to booths, four tops to swivel bar stools. Pulling in can be tricky if the traffic is heavy, but the atmosphere makes it worth your while.

An Outstanding Experience with Shelby at Tailgaters!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Tailgaters, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Shelby. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She didn’t just take our order; she made an effort to connect with us, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that elevated our entire dining experience.

Shelby’s attentiveness was next level. She seemed to have an almost sixth sense for when we needed something, refilling drinks before we even had to ask and ensuring that everything arrived at the perfect moment. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering fantastic recommendations based on our tastes. Her enthusiasm when describing the dishes made it clear that she truly cared about the food and wanted us to have the best possible meal. We took her advice on a few menu items, and she absolutely nailed it!

What truly set Shelby apart was her attention to detail. When one of our friends mentioned a dietary restriction, she immediately took note and ensured that their meal was prepared exactly as needed, double checking with the kitchen and confirming everything was perfect before it even hit the table. That kind of proactive care is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication to customer satisfaction.

To top it all off, Shelby has a fantastic sense of humor and an upbeat attitude that made our evening even more enjoyable. She engaged with us in a way that felt natural and fun, making us laugh and adding a personal touch that made the meal so much more than just a dinner, it was an experience.

By the time we left, we all agreed that Shelby had provided one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Tailgaters is lucky to have someone as skilled, passionate, and genuinely kind as Shelby on their team. We will absolutely be returning and requesting her every time. If you’re ever at Tailgaters, do yourself a favor and ask for Shelby. You...

My family and I had the worst service. It took a while for the waitress Melissa to acknowledge us at our table. Then she wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu as I was ordering what I wanted from the menu she was telling me that certain things couldn't be added even though the menu clearly stated that it could and pointed it out to her. Our drinks were empty for a while, as well as our fried pickles took about 30 or so minutes to come to our table and that was after we asked about them because it was taking so long. As soon as we got our hot fried pickles, literally 5 seconds after she brought all of our food out and I had red beans and rice which I had been looking forward to and it wasn't even hot nor was anyone else's and they had pizza. I went up to the bar and let her know and she said that she would have it taken care of and I guess the bartender was the manager and there were no apologies and she told me that she can give a discount by not take off the food. As I got my remade meal I took my first bite and it was the same, like she just put it in the window to stay warm. Very disappointed in the service and the food. As a fellow service industry worker I understand things happen in a restaurant but this was just unacceptable. My family and I...
