Employees bring their crying, screaming kids to work, making it impossible to have a conversation. If you’re overwhelmed easy, or looking for a quiet place to enjoy your meal after work…DO NOT COME HERE!!
The owner is EXTREMELY money hungry!! Prioritizing the money you spend OVER quality service and customer satisfaction. After being a weekly regular for over 7 months, it’s clear Izakaya doesn’t value their customers. Nor do they have any regard for professionalism, and sound business practices, as they continually raise prices while shrinking portion sizes.
I’ve been a regular for almost 7 months with no issues, spending roughly $50 weekly here, but yesterday was the first time I had an issue with both food AND management.
I’ve ordered the Pho w/ tai many times, and enjoyed it IMMENSELY, however last night was a disaster. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it arrived, my food was inedible. The broth was bland, the meat was tough and flavorless, the bean sprouts were brown for some reason, and the noodles were a mushy overcooked mess. The sauces were fine, my friend enjoyed their meal, and our waitress was great. But being someone who comes here weekly, I could tell as soon as the server brought the dish out, it was going to taste off.
When I complained, the owner was rude and dismissive. I attempted to explain the dish didn’t taste right, and while I was talking she LITERALLY sighed and walked off. Minutes laster he came back, with my meal in hand, claiming I’d eaten all the meat, and insisted I’d pay for it. She then aggressively moved the noodles around as if to show me “lack of meat” spilling the broth on both the table and on me and my friend.
I obviously didn’t eat more than a single piece, so I also grabbed fork and began to removed each piece of meat she had “claimed” I had eaten. When removing a third piece she took the bowl away from me and walked off saying “it’s fine.

Read moreI have been going to this restaurant for 3 years and ate there 2-3 times a week. Service was great, food was excellent and fresh, and the prices were good. It all changed about a month ago. I am not sure if it is under new management or what. I have tried over the past month to give them the benefit of doubt and continue to come. Today will be my last visit. The food is now mediocre, service is poor, and serving sizes are down half with an increase in price. The menu prices are incorrect and not one sign posting that there is an increase in price. When asked I get the response that that’s what it cost and nothing has changed which is completely untrue. I really hate this happened to this place because I sent multiple people there and absolutely loved it. Hopefully soon they will try to turn...
Read moreTerrible experience from the moment you walk in the door, the restaurant is sticky and gross. Price increases across the board only followed a drastic drop in food quality only a few months ago you could come here and expect the bare minimum but now it’s nothing more then pure agony to have the extreme torture that awaits within Bland flavorless overpriced food if you could even call it that terrible wait staff missing items from what was ordered all topped off by our waitress who looked strung out to come up and be blatantly racist towards her coworkers to our face. All in all if you hate yourself or your spouse this is the perfect spot for you and yours it really provides the last push to send you plunging over the edge and spiraling into madness AVOID...
