Very popular spot so there was a bit of a wait (10-15m) in the drive thru even though I was the only car. The car hop sincerely apologized for the wait when she brought out my coffee and tots. I pulled out and took a sip - the coffee was cold with none of the cream or sugar I'd ordered.
I pulled back around and went through the drive thru again. This time they came out to get my cup, explained the cream/sugar were in the small bag w my tots. They said they'd be right back with hot coffee.
The cream/sugar were in the bag under my tots, but there was nothing to stir the coffee with. After 10 minutes, I got out to inquire about a refund as I really needed to go. The worker who came out started calling me "baby" and telling me they had to rebrew the coffee. (I don't appreciate someone referring to me as 'baby' and after 30 minutes...a refund was preferable.) Instead she kept putting me off and saying "baby, it'll just be a minute."
At this point, I was biting my tongue and got back in my car to prevent a scene.
I did eventually get my hot coffee. The tots were good. But I'm going to be hot under the collar about that patronizing, insulting series of "baby"s everytime I drive past.

Read moreI visited this location because I had a appointment in the area. I was disappointed as made the order prior to arriving via the app. I input the kiosk I was parked at once I got there. My order showed they were bringing it out after waiting 5 min or more. But nothing was brought to me. I gave a few more mins still nothing. The kiosk was broken so I wasn't able to talk to anyone on it. Finally a young man came to let me know it was broken. He handled my issues. Once I drove off and started eating my fries were cold. That unacceptable the only reason I didn't call about my issue is because im not sure when I'll be back in the area. The reason for using the app is convenience of shorter wait time, I feel I would have been better off ordering once I got there. And cold fries was definitely a disappointment. Ticket #345...
