30 year customer dealing with new store location. Absurd employees that simply are unable to comprehend what they read as company policy. First charge me 50 to return an in used unopened air compressor then after calling the corporate customer service they inform me what I already knew was not the policy that I should not have been charged that and told me to contact the store manager whom was again rude and apparently also cannot read gentleman named patrick he then again stated the inaccurate understanding of the policy and now corporate is going to remedy this. So if the objective was to agitate a long term customer they have done a great job doing this. I no longer am going to shop at harbor freight as in recent years they have been raising prices and are no longer the best priced items they often charge as much for the knockoff version they sell to the same amount as the real item they compare it to.
