Best Pizza in Town, however also the slowest place in Birdsboro, probably ranks near top of slowest service pizza restaurant list in the whole wide world, literally. I've know Vinnie for over thirty years and the service is not what it used to be. Also the quality of the other food items is marginal compared to local competition. Great beer selection, however they allow people to drink beer at the counter which impedes customers ability to pay for their order and get it from the counter and leave. The drunken, loud obnoxious and foul mouthed customer's plus the slowest service and higher prices all equal for a good Italian food experience choose somewhere else. For example if the person taking your order tells you the wait time is 35 to 40 minutes, it is totally unacceptable to still be waiting for the sandwiches 135 minutes later, YES TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUETS FOR A CHEESES STEAK AND A MEATBALL SANDWICH., I LEFT EMPTY HANDED, BUT CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER IF MY DARN ORDER IS EVEN READY YET??? Vinnie, you better get a grip on your business, it's apparent that the next generation of Lubrano's cannot handle running the show. It might not be too late to save your business, but then again it might be past the point of no return. That would be a shame to lose another long term Birdsboro pizza shop, list one recently on first st as it is. This is a great chance to try and convert the Gita customers to Vinnie customers but you must address the issues that are hurting your image and reputation Vinnie. Our family loves the food we've never been disappointed with the quality, taste, and prices.The staff is always friendly. But we will never do delivery. We live less than a mile away and it always takes at least an hour to get to our house. We started getting take out but there always seems to be the same beyond drunk, foul mouthed, belligerent, man there. Who had been rude to my family and other people coming in and out of Vinnies. He always seems to make the staff uncomfortable but they continue to serve him points of beer and in one situation Vinnie himself apologized for the man's bad mouth and attitude but followed with, "he's a returning customer who spends hundreds off dollars here a week" my $30 pizza and wings was no comparison to the hundreds the drunk could hand out on beer and pizza. I guess that was supposed to make up for the bad...

I'm not sure what changed in the last month but it's super upsetting. We loved vinnies the food is great but lately the person on the phone is a jerk. I always get the same thing but one time they put veggies on it. I called since my father in law can't have certain things and they blamed me... $100 order and waiting an hour and a half you would think they would be a little nicer. Today my husband calls trying to order the same pizzas we always get and they said a completely different thing for both of them. When my husband explained the guy argued with him about how he said it... so sad because I love their food and usually don't mind waiting for an hour to get the delivery... hopefully...
