Horrible. We ordered delivery, because we only had 2 employees at work. First, they took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver. Then the driver got there and called and asked where to go. My supervisor told him to come into the library and the front desk would direct hin. We were busy, so he asked the driver to hold, and of course he hung up. Then the store called, we told them the same thing we told the driver. Finally, my boos had to walk off the line to get our food. The food was cold. Looked like it had been sitting for a long time. I had the general tso chicken. I had all kinds of water and juices in my plate. I had ordered no rice with vegetables, extra vegetables. Literally I had one side corner of a to go container of broccoli. I also got egg drop soup, which was good, and cheese wontons. They are premed come frozen they don't have hardly any cream cheese. For really good wontons go to Magic Wok downtown on 19th street south. I called back to tell them I at least wanted a refund for my general tso. The lady said we come get food. What? Then she said I didn't charge you for extra vegetables, ok that's fine, but I have hardly no vegetables. Then I was angry. So why did you not take my order as placed? Went back and forth with the lady over 10 dollars, yes 10 dollars, because we had spent 30 dollars for bullshit. She hung up in my face. I was extremely frustrated. Finally gave her the card number....... Tried a bite and of course the chicken was garbage. DO NOT EAT. Yo exspensive for trash...
Read moreI honestly don’t know how this place has anything higher than 3 stars. Firstly, I ordered a hot and sour soup at lunch and the soup was decent, however, the crispy wontons were SO STALE that they literally tasted like raw tortilla shells. It’s so obvious that they made them over a week ago and don’t even store it properly. Then when I ordered kung pao chicken, I’m not sure what I got. It felt like I was eating bits of dog food. No chicken should ever be that soft and chewy unless it’s pre-processed. Even frozen Tyson chicken strips taste more realistic. I felt unsafe eating it. Then my lo mein literally had rotting lettuce in it and was fridge cold and greasier than aahil’s hair. In fact, only the chicken on my plate was hot. Then as if it couldn’t get worse, my friend and I both thought our fortune cookies were super stale, and when we looked up the company that was on the packaging, the company shut down in 2016 (it’s now mid 2018 btw)! Our waitress was very...
Read moreFood was fresh and delicious. The lunch portion meals I ordered for my family were generous in size. I got like 7 meals for the lunch menu for like 65.00 and that's a decent price especially for the amount of food you get. Customer service was top notch. Will definitely be going back here sooner than later.
Side note: the sauce they put on the egg foo young is not necessary please stop putting that sauce on it because it actually messes up the dish it's like a dark brown gravy that doesn't even taste good so why put it on there and on the Kung pao chicken there were way to many peanuts in it although the dish was good but there were a whole lot of peanuts Jesus Christ.
