Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bishop

Where to start..... Ordered a pasta, salad, knots and drink at 6:40 pm for delivery through their app, waited for over and hour an half for my food before calling Was told over the phone that they had over a 2 hour wait on deliver and that my food was reroute. Ok that's fine, I just still think that I should have been notified about the wait if the app fails to do so Wait for 40 call again, get put on hold for over 10 minutes, had to hang up and call again to talk to someone. Finally talk to a manager. Where once again I am promised my food is eroute and will be here with in 20 minutes and won't even offer me a discount or anything for the wait. I even offered to drive over there and pick up my order going t this point. So I set a timer. Call at the end of the 20 minutes. Because I have to get to work. They finally comp the order and just driver what they had which was only the pasta and knots.So my order was never enroute, my food was never in the car when they said it was. placed an order with this shop today via uber eats. The tracking showed that the driver was delivering the pizza, but unfortunately the pizza never arrived. I was surprised when it was shown as delivered. I then drove to the store and saw that my pizzas were still there. They told me they didn't have a room number from the hotel, so they hadn't delivered, which I found totally outrageous. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a restaurant. We waited 2 and a half hours for a single one topping pizza. The app said the pizza was being "inspected" for a whole hour and it after it was out for delivery took another 50 minutes. After the driver finally got here he was extremely rude and when I asked him why it took two hours nicely I may add he shouted he was the only delivery driver and snatched my money and shoved the pizza into my hands.
