Coffee Break is the best coffee place in all of Bismarck, Western ND and maybe all of ND. The owner is so nice and sweet, ready to hear all of your stories and talk to everyone in the community. The diversity of drinks available is large with many flavors to add to your drinks, and all of them are delicious. The ice used in the ice drinks is amazing and the milk is incredibly creamy. The prices are more than reasonable Lattes will run you about $5 and that’s way u Det paying for the quality of coffee. The atmosphere in the store is incredible as well, the decorations are welcoming and cute making you want to sit for hours. Wi-Fi is available as are bathrooms. The only thing lacking is convenient parking because the store is downtown, but there will usually be street parking in front and there’s a parking structure just down the street. Absolutely adored the first time I had visited! I drive by the Coffee Break every day, and always wondered about it. I had heard nothing but GREAT things about it, so I had decided to try it the day, my friend who was in the hospital & requested an iced coffee. She asked for "great coffee", and you know what ? Coffee Break did NOT disappoint. Not only did I get some delicious iced coffee, but there was a customer there with me to RAVE ABOUT HOW GREAT THE PLACE WAS. I had my very own in-store Google Review. Our hour at Coffee Break was a surprise highlight of a family trip to Bismarck. We’re all coffee snobs, from New York, Chicago, Edinburgh, St.Louis and Madison. We were stunned by the quality, quantity, and variety of the offerings. My cappuccino must have been twelve ounces, and held its own with the best little five-ounce cups I’ve enjoyed in NYC. The Americano, iced chai, and flavored coffees were all hits too. The owner/barrista is delightful. Every cup is prepared with skill, patience, and a smile.
