ah-Sigh-e — Restaurant in Bixby

Last week, I placed a mobile order and an in person order. The mobile order was placed at 11:52am and the in order was in person order was placed around 12:02am. I did not receive either of my orders receive my order until 12:22. I am not just upset that it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 one scoop açaí bowls. I received my bowls after another customer, who ordered 4 minutes after me, was given his order which was a 2 scoop bowl of the ones I ordered. The after he was given his order, the employee told me I would have to wait a bit longer due to more açaí mix being made.....after I had already been waiting 20+ minutes. If I would've been given my bowls in the order it was taken I would not have waited longer because my order could've been completed with the mix that was given to the customer that ordered after me. Also there were three customers that ordered inside and our orders were forgotten about but the drive thru was being served for about 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes from initially ordering we were re-asked what we ordered and then they started making them.

I'm very disappointed in this experience. I don't want to blame the high schoolers who were working, but this is a very poor way of doing things and maybe the owners should educate them on how to efficiently fulfill orders & not to only work on drive thru orders. We love ah-Sigh-e for a healthy, yet very crave-able breakfast! Our favorites are always the bowls for sure! The fruit is fairly frosty, but always so great. It is the fruit that we alway compare our fruit to when trying to find fruit at the grocery store. The açaí blend is delicious also.

Unfortunately, the higher prices limit our visits to really only when we have a coupon. Then the last several visits we have had pretty drastic differences in the serving size. The last three visits we ordered at least two bowls, all of which were the 2 scoop bowls. At least one will have 1/3 less than another(s). When asked if they are all the 2 scoop serving, they just respond yes, and don’t address the obvious variation. For the price point these bowls should be...

Always great. My only complaint is that yesterday I received a text message about 50% off. It takes you to a website that also mentioned 50% off. My whole family goes through the drive-through and I mentioned the Bogo 50% off and he said "oh you mean the buy one get one free". To me these are not the same thing. If I order $50 the total should end up being $25; that’s what 50% off means. If it was really a buy one get one free deal then the promotion I received should have said that instead. In the end, while I did get one item free I paid full price for all the other items so I did not truly get 50% off. I’ll still go back, I like supporting a local business but I was very disappointed to see this type of False...
