Would not stay here again. We had reservations for 6 nights and barely made it through one. We had 2 queen beds, for 3 adults and the shower had blocked glass facing into the room. I called to ask for another room as our adult son was with us. I was told " I have not been in the rooms so I don't know what they look like and we don't have another room". We figured out a way to stack the ironing board on the chair with a blanket for privacy. Next were ants all over the night stand. The room was worn out had stains on the carpet and had not had a deep cleaning in years. I went to take a shower and it had baseball size holes in the bath towel. My husband went to complain and was told they would refund our remaining 5 nights, another family was also complaining that they had ants in their bed. (it was 10 p.m.) The next morning upon check out, the clerk said the ants have been a problem for the last month but her boss was not doing anything about it. We went here a month before halloween and it was the perfect time to go. Barely any crowds and there were costumes already out. On top of that, there costumes on clearance so that saved even more along with them having a coupon online you can scan for more in-store savings. I saved over $28 dollars on two costumes. However, the store was poorly laid out and things were difficult to find. Make sure if you do get something on sale it is correctly rang up at the cash register. Will go back for other costume or party...

The only reason I only gave 3 stars is because I am disabled and had to wait in a long line without a place to sit. I have mobility issues and can not stand or walk for long periods of time (usually can't stand for more than 10 minutes). I was there for 2 1/2 hours. One hour was standing in line.
