I ate here when they first opened and thought it was below average, and it’s been a couple years I thought I would try again. Shouldn’t have. First the service was mediocre at best, definitely a ton of room for improvement. My favorite was when we got to listen to the wait staff, owner & cooks fight. That really made the atmosphere family friendly for my two children & I. Then the food came eventually but by someone other than our waitress. I paid $6.99 for dry box mac & cheese that in itself is absurd. I waited for almost 15 mins for some more ranch for my extremely dry chicken ranch wrap. And my daughter never touched the Mac & cheese.I asked for a box and that came out with someone’s hair on it. I had to pay $29 for the food. Others around me were waiting for food a long time and everyone sent back almost full plates. It wasn’t even that busy. I genuinely am confused at the rate of stars...

Hey FOLKS!! I LIVE in beautiful GEORGIA!! but call the GREAT state of Wisconsin my SECOND HOME!! so went Home the 2nd week of July to hang with the family, we stopped here for supper, I thought ok...give em a shot and BOY OH BOY what a SHOT!! my fries were golden crisp!! And GOOD!! The Burger I ordered was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! BUT BIG!!! 🤣 GREAT people serving absolutely GREAT FOOD!! the owner went around talked to customers like old friends!! I will DEFINITELY be eating here AGAIN next trip up!! DOWNTOWN BLACK RIVER FALLS FOLKS!! if I can drive 978 miles to just give em a try why don't YOU!! when u done THERE go down the road to The Dairy Way!!! Have a TREAT after a TREAT!!! They use poor quality products for some of their foods. Bacon omelets are made with ham bacon pieces. It is not actual bacon and really fatty. Nothing more disputing than bitting into a big piece of fat. Service was slow and when asked for a to go container when our food was brought to us. I had to wait and ask again for a to go container. Very unacceptable service. They were very argumentative as to how my food tasted and would not when taste the meat them selfs to see that it tasted like ham and not bacon. So they knew I was right.
