Rozario's Craft Pizzas — Restaurant in Black River Falls

I have always liked Rozarios - the food, the service and the atmosphere has always been great. Lately, not so much. I live out of town and stopped in on my way to a party to purchase a gift card. Nobody seemed to know where they were or how to issue one. I was told to get it online - ok fine, except they don't have a website. I sent a private message thru Facebook and got it taken care of but apparently nobody is on the same page with how someone can use them. Way too much hassle for something that should be simple. We visited again last night to bring my mom there to celebrate her birthday. We sat on the patio, not realizing it was trivia night, so it got pretty loud. The food was not very good at all. The chicken Alfredo was dry and flavorless and the pizza we ordered wasn't even cooked all the way. The cheese was barely melted, the crust was chewy and the toppings were only in the center of the pizza. I didn't complain because I didn't want my mom to feel bad about where she chose to go for her birthday, but don't bring out food and warn us that it's hot when it's barely warm. Maybe a little more time should be spent focusing on training staff rather than building a patio. Next time we visit BRF, we will choose someplace else to go. Pretty...

Great pizza, though expensive. Previously rated 4 stars. The previous statement was recorded prior to the new management taking over. I would now like to express my dissatisfaction with their service. I called in for a delivery order to a location that was less than 3 miles from the restaurant. I was told it would take 45 minutes and I would be charged a $5.00 delivery fee. My order was already about 40.00 for 2 pizzas. When I questioned it, the employee stated she could reduce it to 4.00 because it was going to take 45 minutes. I declined delivery, and was told it would still take 45 minutes (that tells you how far away from the restaurant I am) Not cool Rozarios, not cool. How about instead of nickel and diming your patrons, you provide good service. By the way, I usually tip your staff well over 20%, but no worries, I wont be ordering from you again. Sad to lose a customer over a 5.00 delivery fee and the inconvenience you cause them because they refuse to pay your fees....

The place smelled amazing and I was so excited the atmosphere was cozy and inviting but the food was a bit of a let down. The appetizer combo came out barely warm. We had chicken alfredo pizza which was also not very hot but it was delicious. The pizza came out the same time as my fried pizza dough with cheese dip (forgot the name) which was hot. They were the most delicious part of the meal and definitely glad I ordered them after the fact. The subtle garlic n herb flavor paired with the cheese dip was amazing. When we ordered the pizza we had ordered garlic bread as well but that didnt come out until be were almost done with the meal. This was very disappointing it was hot but had very little flavor other than some pepper. It was quite busy but the wait was a bit extensive and then to have barely warm food it wasn't great.
