When I originally posted this review, we were very frustrated, as we waited in line for quite awhile twice, I think it was a total of 45 minutes. However it is understandable that drive-thru only is extremely stressful for your employees. We were missing my daughter's burger from our order, after going through the line again, and waiting for the second time, that burger was delivered to another car, who's order was also incorrect twice. In the end your employees made it right with us, and the other customer. Which we appreciated. They apologized sincerely, gave us a refund, also included some custard for the long wait. I am glad I was able to update my review because you followed up today. Everyone makes mistakes, all employees are working under tremendous stress these days, especially in the line of food service. After seeing your employees absolutely trying their best in the situation, I give the service 5 stars for addressing their mistakes, and making it right with their customers. It was an inconvenient situation, but we all need to have compassion for companies struggling in these times. We left feeling like you have some wonderful people working at Culver's in Jackson. Please recognize this store and it's employees for their hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication to your company. Good employees are hard to find, and they should be recognized for their efforts. It's not always a pay raise employees are looking for, it's appreciation, and not only from management, but from customers as well, especially in trying times like these. Thank you for following up. I hope a positive has come out of a negative situation. Aside from this situation, we have not experienced anything negative at any of your locations. Our family loves Culver's, and we...

Whether we’re cooking the perfect ButterBurger® to order or scooping up our freshest batch of the Flavor of the Day, we work hard to ensure you will always leave happy.
It all goes back to our small-town Wisconsin roots. We know you have a lot to do and many options to choose from, so we appreciate when you take the time to visit Culver’s. If we can do our part to make your day better – with a wholesome, delicious meal or a heartfelt smile – we’ve done our job.
HANDCRAFTED FRESHNESS As Craig Culver always says, "We never compromise on quality." It’s a promise that begins with sourcing the best ingredients and continues through to the way we prepare your meal: fresh, just for you.
It’s why we always use fresh, never frozen beef and whole, white meat chicken from America's family farms. It’s why we only use family farm-fresh dairy for our Frozen Custard. And it’s why every single Cheese Curd we’ve served has come from a Wisconsin dairy farm. We care about where your food comes from because we know you do too.
We also know quality is something you can taste. So every ButterBurger is cooked to order and topped with a lightly buttered, toasted bun. And our Fresh Frozen Custard is made in small batches right in the restaurant all day, every day. It’s not the easiest way to do it, but we believe it’s...
Read moreTrash service. Trash food. I don't know what it is with fast food nowadays but every place i go to reaffirms my decision to not eat fast food anymore. This time i was with my family and we decided to stop, i reluctantly picked something to eat. Well, they messed up the whole order. We got to the window and changed a single bacon butter burger to have cheese, what we got was one of our other burgers having cheese (that was asked to be plain) and the single bacon butter burger being changed to a double bacon butter burger (no cheese). My elderly father had to run inside with a furious temper that he never gets, i might add, and get the correct things. Luckily i was with him otherwise they wouldn't have refunded the $2 (which should have been $2.20) they owed him. The new burgers were burnt to a crisp and the cheese was as stiff as a board. The new generation of kids coming into the workplace is going to destroy the fast food industry. Almost 20 kids and an old as the hills manager cant run a...
