Burger King — Restaurant in Blackman Charter Township

I've had good experiences here, but unfortunately it only took one awful one to ruin this place for me. We placed a mobile order, but upon arriving, we were told that they had not recieved it yet. Assuring us that mobile orders are not charged until confirmed at the store, the manager told us to place another and try again. Upon doing this, the same thing happened again. The order was placed, but it wasn't showing up on their end. I checked my bank account and discovered that I was already charged for both orders. The manager then proceeded to tell us that not only would they not refund my money back to me, but they wouldn't even make our food. We're out $35 because the manager told us to place a second order, and then refused to refund us even though it was his mistake. The worst, the absolute worst. Don't go unless you want to wait a half hour for 5 food items, and below average food. Every time. Would not have stayed and waited that long if it wasn't someone else's food we were ordering. The workers will stand around doing nothing, some even play on their phones. They work at a snail's pace. There was ZERO people in the drive through line the WHOLE TIME and the lobby was closed. ZERO people around 9PM now I see why. They always have their outside lights off at night making it hard to find and makes it hard to drive through. I will never be returning. Hope no one else waste their gas, money, and time here. My husband goes through drive thru almost daily here . Orders the same thing everyday . Lately he has been given wrong things or messing up his order and they have been very rude to him about it . One night slammed the window on him cursing at him . The same people all times . Cursing at him and yelling at him to go go and not fixing his order or giving him what he needs . One stood behind where you could not see her and said get out of the drive thru went back .
